      Hi Danielle. You should have received and automatic Welcome email pretty quick after you confirmed your email subscription. Could you check your junk folder and if you still can’t find the welcome to the Challenge email, let me know.

    Today I was going to start a Green Smoothie Challenge by myself and it was only when searching for some inspiration I stumbled across this site… YAY! Now I can join with others and get even more inspiration. Starting a bit late but better late than never!

    Hi! I started the challenge but didn’t sign up. Now I’m all signed up! :) I feel great! Mom is doing it too. She bought a Nutri Bullet & it works great. Today’s smoothie was kale, blueberries, blackberries & almonds. YUM… :)

    Im a little late with it, but better late than never. Im very excited to take the challenge and I cant wait to see how wonderful this program is! Ive printed out everything I need and I will be incorporating my own little twist to it as well. Thanks for providing me with a simple and FREE method on having a healthier and happier lifestyle.     Starting the program a little late, but I’ve been trying a green smoothie every other day for breakfast. Your challenge is giving my the choice to change up my smoothies now. Thanks for the great recipes. ;-)

    I am so excited to start tomorrow…better late-ish than never I hope! I am so excited to shop for all of the foods I haven’t tried yet like: chia seeds, flax, coconut oil, kale(I really hope this tastes good). Thanks for getting me excited! I have a ninja too :)

    I just finished my prep for the week. I usually do good when I prep….my problem on the road to healthier eating is the snacking!!

      Snacking is my problem too! Now I try to always have almonds and some fresh fruit and veggies to keep me on track. Yet not perfect, by any means (considering I had an oatmeal cookie for my snack today, haha!). Wishing you luck!

    Hi- I started drinking green smoothies on Dec. 31st…..gave the new year a head start. I’ve been drinking 2 a day and eating a protein/veggie dinner. I feel great!!! I have energy, bounce, and the scale is starting to slowly go down!!! Thanks!!
