    Finding the time to come up with a meal plan that is easy to make and simple.

    The biggest struggle for me is my family who doesn’t eat any clean or healthful. I do my best to cook every meal with whole ingredients and to include vegetables but when I do they won’t eat. I eat the left over for days (I am always eating left over because they don’t eat wholesome food I make) and majority ends up in trash. When I eat clean my husband considers it a selfish act and he doesn’t like it when I exercise either. He calls me self-centered for trying to do something good for myself (eating clean and exercising).

    My biggest struggle with eating real foods is finding foods with the least amount of sugar, preservatives, GMOs, junk, etc. As a family, we are doing great making a lot real food meals. But for things like crackers, yogurt, sour cream, tortillas, etc., there is so much hidden junk that you wouldn’t even think would be in them.

    Definitely traveling. We eat mostly whole foods at home, but on the road we fall into the junk food, fast food, restaurant food trap.

    As a working mom with a teenager and a toddler, my challenge is to find time to make the real food on a busy schedule.

    I just cook for me so it is difficult to buy and cook for one. Also, having a list of the foods and right recipes is time consuming to put together. Your cookbook would help with that issue!

    The big thing for me and my family, especially my kiddos, is the taste. Many of the real, whole foods, even recipes, that I have tried, taste like crap. So that is the hardest thing for me because I love sweets, which is a major downfall for me and most of the recipes I look for online that are real and healthy taste horrible. I have tried them on my hubby and kids and they usually don’t like it. So, if I can find a lot of good recipes that taste good and are good for my family, then I will be all for eating vegan or vegetarian more often. Even if I can find some healthy desserts that taste good, I would be pleased!

    My biggest challenge with eating whole foods is coming up with a good selection of tasty meals that excite the palate of my husband, my three little ones, and myself!

    I’ve just had a newborn and finding time coming home from work to cook a wholesome meal is the biggest struggle. I never cooked before getting married so a cookbook to follow might help tremendously. Gotta start somewhere right?

    My biggest struggle is convenience…when I don’t have time to prep healthy stuff, I tend to want to grab ‘healthy’ but processed foods…trying to go completely ‘real’ is a challenge… although, I do cook alot of our meals with real foods, and drink at least one green smoothie a day for our family… we’re getting there, but need some refining… I would LOVE to win this book… it looks like a huge help! Thanks to you all for this site as well… inspirational!!!

    My biggest challenge is convincing people that healthy doesn’t mean tasteless. From a green smoothie to chicken nuggets to chocolate brownies it all can be made with “real” ingredients in no time at all.
