    I’m 51 and would like to lose 20 pounds to feel and look better. I want to be a hip and healthy grandmother someday.

    I love how you’re doing it in a group and have a system in place to support me. I want to support you too! I shared this challenge and had 10 more people join. I think what you are doing is important. I’m a single mom with two kids building my business, eating green helps keep me focused, healthy and energized.

    I wasn’t big on doing smooties at first, but now I’m beginning to enjoy it and have noticed that I feel much better. The group interaction is amazing and it wants me to participate even more with making smoothies, eating right, and getting healthier.

    I am 3 months postpartum and wanting to get my energy level back, as well as get my body healthy again. We’ve been blessed with lots of meals from others, but that brought a lot of carbs and I’m needing some fruits and veggies! Gotta make sure momma’s milk has good building blocks

    I’m motivated to get my body into shape. I have seen many different types of smoothies that claim to be beneficial but still have added sugar or are distasteful. The 30 day challenge with your healthy drinks look nourishing, have healthy ingredients, and provide tips and a meal plan that I can absolutely use at home. I have always had a belly and its so hard for me to stay on top of my health but I believe that with your encouragement i will meet my goals and get that body I have been waiting for.

    I’ve loved the way I’ve felt in the past doing the green smoothie challenge. And with my more thorough approach to healthy eating in the last 3 months, this comes at the perfect time for carrying forward with that. I love how I get more veggies in daily when I do this challenge. And a green smoothie is the perfect afternoon snack! Can’t wait to get started!

    I’m already doing a holistic health diet challenge this month- no dairy, gluten, or sugar. So why not smoothies, too? They’re my breakfasts for this month anyway. And I feel so much better when I start my day with fruit and veggies than I do when I start with cereal.

    I’ve read that green smoothies can help me combat hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes, so I was doing some internet research.
