    I have been drinking a smoothie pretty much every morning (primarily spinach/peanut butter/banana/protein), which I LOVE, but I’m interested in getting additional (delicious/healthy) recipes for other smoothies. From what I’ve seen on your website, I have a lot of ideas to try. Thanks for creating this!!! I signed up late, but I can’t wait to see the results!!!

    I want to get my health back on track, and I wouldn’t physically be able to get so much veggies if I didn’t blend them up into these yummy smoothies.

    I was able to lose about 10 lbs during the last challenge and manged to keep about 6 of those off. I’m wanting to not only repeat that success, but to lose more and keep more of it off for good! I am hoping that this will be the jumpstart to an even healthier lifestyle!

    I am working to get my A1C under control. They doctor wants it to be under 6 and with God’s help and YOUR WONDERFUL RAWSTAR SMOOTHIES RECIPES…..”YES I CAN”….. A good friend/sista of mine died 2 years ago of cancer, but she would say “If I can SEE IT…..I can ACHIEVE IT”…..Along the way I lost it…….BUT GOD isn’t through with me yet. I have more people to REACH..

    I am motivated by the added nutrients! I eat very healthy already but I can never seem to get enough iron or calcium. The milk and/or yogurt is giving me calcium and the leafy greens contribute iron everyday!

    I am 48 years old, and find myself, living to only work, and manage the care-giving of my 72 year old father, after taking him out of a nursing home.I put everyone else’s needs before my own. I often sign up for the challenges, even buy the ingredients, but by the time, I work, handle all of the affairs for my dad, I’m too tired to do what is needed for me. So this time, I want to do different, as I need to, if I’m going to make the road toward being healthier and putting me first.

    I love this giveaway! Summer is the perfect time for green smoothies. Cookout food sneaks up on you-chips, burgers, buns, chips, beers, ice cream-next thing you know you are bloated and sleepy. Not exactly the best way to show off that bathing suit body you’ve been busting your hump for all winter. The 30 day challenges helps create a balance between “party” food and healthy deliciousness.

    What is motivating me to do this challenge? Well, to be honest, I didn’t start on time (better late than never), but last year I did several of the challenges and felt better than I have in my life. Can’t figure out why I ever get off track, but I do. So I will be starting over this month. I could say that my motivation is the fun and beautiful pictures of Jen and Jadah always looking healthy and happy, or I could say it’s because I want my energy back, or I could say that I love the peanut butter and jelly smoothie so much that I want more recipes, or I could say that it’s because I have six yes six daughters watching my eating habits, but the actual reason that there will be spinach in my blender this month is because my husband’s ex-wife just started one of those cross-fit bootcamp things and she is posting about it daily on Facebook. 🙂
