    This is our first green smoothie challenge, and my husband and I are really enjoying it. My mother in law came for a visit and she even enjoyed the smoothie, despite being very doubtful. She even asked for the recipe!

    Green smoothies have, at long last, made me a breakfast eater. I have so much more energy and I feel so proud knowing I’m consuming more fruits and vegetables.

    Hey everyone!
    I come from a family that eats a lot of meats and very little fruits and vegetables. I’ve always had problems with feeling very tired throughout the day, and insomnia. Ever since I started drinking smoothies, I felt more energy. I did not need coffee to keep me up and productive for the day. My skin was getting clear and less breakouts were happening. I felt so much better about my body because the intake of fruits and vegetables prevented me from being bloated. I am going through nursing school, and I’ve realized it’s easier for me to focus. I am feeding my brain and the rest of my body nutritious food. Whenever I am in the hospital setting, I always recommend smoothies to my patients when they have problems with weight loss or not eating enough fruits and vegetables. I love green smoothies because they’re quick to make, nutritious, and you can take it on the go!

    I LOVE the smoothies! Someone had posted this on Facebook; I “shared” the page on my timeline and have been hooked ever since. I signed up for the Smoothie Challenge and then forwarded the information to my co-workers. Every morning I make a smoothie for myself and a second one for my car pool rider! I am interested in also signing up for the 21 day cleanse. I love the information and recipes! I make a smoothie every day now and have even tried to start incorporating other healthy choices into my diet. Thanks Ladies!

    I’ve been doing them since I joined in Jan and with 5kiddos, I can say my much needed energy is back! They curb sugar cravings and help me to shed some lbs too! Need a new blender desperately… I’ve prety much killed mine!

    I’m on my third Green Smoothie Challenge and I love it! It’s a fast, easy breakfast, and a great way to make sure I get enough fruits and veggies in my diet every day. I love the creative recipes and tips so I can make my own combinations!

    Not only have I lost an inch off my waist… but the cravings are going away too. Now even the thought of fast/greasy food turns my stomach!! Love my green smoothies 🙂

    I was against the smoothie thing for months until I actually tried one (I know…) and since then my husband and I have been having them every morning (minus one or two here and there) since January. He loves that he can get in veggies and fruit without even trying and makes them for us every morning while I get ready for work. We’ve tried experimenting with different fruit and liquid combos and have even turned a few friends and family members onto them. The smoothies were definitely a factor in helping my husband drop 30 lbs earlier this year!!

    I started making green smoothies last summer when I felt I needed some extra energy training for, at the time, a half-Ironman. Now as I train for a full (!!) I continue to make smoothies to make sure I get in all my nutrients and for that extra kick of energy! Safe to say I’m pretty obsessed 🙂

    After almost 3 weeks of Green Smoothies, you can’t even imagine what kind of energy I have! I haven’t necessarily changed my eating habits too much, but starting my day with these green-glasses-of-goodness, I’m able to kick my caffeine habit and keep focused. Not to mention, I also feel like it’s immensely helped my digestive system! Not backed up at all 😉 (sorry for the TMI!)

    I’ve been trying the green smoothies but to be honest, they are just too weird for me. After the challenge is over, I’ll be going back to my regular fruit smoothies.

    I’ve dabbled in green smoothies before but I never have been able to stick with them- so far on this challenge (without changing anything else) I have lost 7 pounds! I plan on doing every challenge you guys have from now on! Thanks so much! 🙂

    I am someone who will just skip eating, green smoothies make it easy to their something together and have a nice cool drink with everything I need in this heat of summer. Without out my smoothies, I would skip eating altogether. Thank you so much for all the wonderful recipes and helpful hints. The prepping tips have helped me to even have my smoothies when we are camping in our RV. The freezer is small, so having small bags ready to just dump and go has been a life saver.

    What a sneaky (and tasty!) way to get all of my fruits and veggies in for the day! The challenge has given me plenty of inspiration for new tastes, and I have so much more energy! And if I get too long into the day without my kale or spinach, my body now craves the fuel. What an amazing change I have seen and felt!

    I have loved the challenge and we are halfway through, but this is something that will continue at our house!
    I’m a mom of two, my little one is just 8 weeks old today. The green smoothies have been a quick, easy and delicious way for me to make sure I’m getting my 5-9 fruits/veggies that I need to keep me healthy & to make sure I’m providing healthy breastmilk for my new baby boy! In addition, the smoothies have helped jump start my postpartum weight loss- only 10 more pounds to go! Thanks for the great recipes and grocery lists.

    Your challenge gave me the courage to switch from my chocolate-berry-almond butter smoothie to one with spinach, kale, berries and mango. I sometimes add flax seed. It’s my go-to shake every morning it makes me feel as good as it tastes!
