    I signed up for the April smoothie challenge about 3 weeks ago. I was so excited for it to start and impatient that I bought the book right away. I am in love and addicted already! I feel great too. I’m looking forward to more exciting recipes.

    I love, love, love the idea that I can use my morning meal as a way to get a headstart on incorporating fruits and greens into my day! They are yummy!! But the best reason for doing the challenge is that I feel better – from the inside out!!

    I did my first green smoothie challenge in January of this year, followed by the cleanse and a serious change in eating habits. I feel so much healthier, my skin is clear and I’m off all my medications. There is rarely a day I’ve missed a green smoothie (and go kind of crazy without it!) and this challenge will keep me plugging along!

    I started doing green smoothies in January and love them. Then I got some friends on board. I spent years doing harm and putting crap in my body. Now I look better, feel better and crave good and real food. I joined up for April’s challenge to get new ideas on flavour combinations, keep on track and satisfy my need for green!!

    I have fallen off my healthy bandwagon since I went to first shift in October. I had an awesome routine of exercising and eating healthy when I was on 2nd. It all fell apart and I’m deperate to get it back. I’m miserable, no energy, moody, and I can’t sleep. This will be a baby step to get me back on track

    I joined the challenge because I did the one in January and now I’m addicted! I want to keep on keeping on! I’ve been trying to add the healthy fats and proteins and use them as my breakfasts.

    I’ve been struggling to find the right blender for my inner smoothie goddess. My routine is all about getting the greens in my system and Blendtec is the answer to all my needs (and cravings)!     I really love the idea that I can start my morning with something so quick and simple and still get the nutrients I need to start my day. Traditional American breakfast normally involves some sort of grain (like toast) and something fried (like eggs or bacon) which is way too heavy for me. I’m looking forward to starting the 30 day challenge.

    My big goal for this whole year is to make myself healthier. I feel lighter and more energized after a green smoothie. I love making smoothies with spinach, kale, and swiss chard and different fruits. This way I know I am eating more veggies and fruit than I normally eat. Thanks for all your helpful hints.

    I am a wife and mama to a beautiful almost “three-nager” girl and 10 weeks pregnant with my second child. My daily work commute is 1:40 each way. Needless to say my time and energy these days are spent. I’ve done the green smoothie challenge once before and man did I notice a difference! Just this morning, as I was buying a green juice from the store because I needed a boost, I said to someone homemade green smoothies really have benefited me in the past and I need to get back to making them. Tasty, nutritious and with a little forethought and prep, a quick out-the-door breakfast that’s healthy and won’t leave my body begging for energy. So yes, sign me up! This tired mama wants to keep it up as a lifestyle.
