Can I tell you something?
I still take notes with pen and paper, and doodle all over them. I keep track of events and to-do’s in a physical planner. I struggled to put down The Food Babe Way and go to sleep at night. I wanted to keep absorbing Vani’s wisdom!     Planning ahead is my biggest struggle!!

    My biggest struggle is really time to shop and time to prep/cook the healthier foods. Working full-time+ with two school aged kids—> there isn’t many pockets of time in any day. Secondary struggle is that outside of produce, the grocery budget has doubled with some of the healthier, organic ingredients needed (i.e. almond flour, organic olive oil, etc.). I will keep on trying to perfect this! Food Babe is totally AWESOME and I’m loyal to her revolution!

    I make great choices at the store most of the time – but I have a hard time having self-control when there is unhealthy food around that I did not buy – like at a party or at work or food that my husband buys.

    My number one struggle is probably that I am constantly craving baked goods – I’m working on creating some much healthier versions of my favorite recipes, though!

    My #1 struggle is the fact that I just love sugar too much. 🙂 Also tortilla chips. I could eat chips and salsa for every meal.

    Sticking with it!!! I was completely addicted to green smoothies, then fell off the wagon and started doing everything but the greens. Why? I have no idea. I started Paleo, loved it, thought it was the second coming but again, fell off the wagon and ate something with a wrapper on it. Help me stick to what I know is right!!

    Lunchtimes are sometimes a problem, being a builder it is hard to find healthy,wholesome and fresh food in the areas I work in.
    I try to but sometimes dont manage to make up my own stuff at home. So when on site or on the road finding a decent lunch that does not consist of pre-packaged sandwiches or pasta is a challenge!!

    I recently moved cities and am always out and about to meet people and spend time with new friends. This always involves drinking, snacking, more drinking and eating!!! It is difficult to say no in a group environment, especially around people I don’t know very well yet.

    I struggle with time. I work so many hours it hard to set aside time to prepare healthy meals to eat on the go.

    I sruggled to give up breakfast at McDonalds. Conquered it by joining the 30 day green smoothie challenge. Now the smell.makes me gag. Can’t go a day without my greenie.

    Time! Especially trying to make quick healthy suppers after work, especially if you want to do exercise after work. I don’t want to eat at 8 pm!

    The #1 struggle I have with healthy eating is living with a partner who has on-again, off-again phases with healthy living in general. It is very hard to cook and meal plan for two when one of us is a steak and bread and bread and potatoes – preferably fried – kind of person and the other is a meat avoider and avid lover of all things green.
