I struggled to put down The Food Babe Way and go to sleep at night. I wanted to keep absorbing Vani’s wisdom!     I struggle with time and motivation! I have cut way back on soda and processed foods, but sometimes, they still call to me.

    My struggles is consistency with my healthy lifestyle. I am easily get off track after one not so healthy meal or indulgence kinds of dessert.

    It’s all about the time for me. I work full-time, I workout A LOT, and I’m also in the Air Force Reserves (which ends up taking more of my free weekends than it should.) If I don’t have a few hours of good shopping and prep time for the week, then that week is all about quick, easy, not-as-healthy-as-I-would-like meals.

    My biggest problem is not eating healthy, my problem is eating too much. I skip breakfast and lunch most days, by the time dinner time comes I am starving, so I stuff my face. I do love smoothies and green juices. I really wish I had the time to organize my meals. Can you maybe give me some ideas? Thank you

    I struggle to find good recipes for my boyfriend who is a picky eater.

    I struggle with, and this is crazy, but no running water to clean my blender! We have a huge slab leak and keep our main water turned off all day. We do everything in an hour that needs water- dishes, laundry, showers…and I always forget to make my smoothies then too!

    I struggle with just sticking with it, perhaps laziness. It seems like we get on a roll and boom, something gets in the way to slow us down and it’s hard to get back on the right track.

    I’d say cravings are the hardest part. Every now and then I cave despite the better, healthier options in the house.

    I struggle to find the time, but when I do take the effort to eat healthy the rewards are great. Taking only 15 minutes is all it takes and you’ll feel better than a quick fix.

    My number one struggle lies within – motivation. When I eat properly it it life changing and I feel fantastic however after a long day at work or when socialising the convenient option always wins out. When I’m motivated and organised, it’s easy.

    My #1 struggle is staying away from sugary treats. This site has helped me learn how to enjoy smoothies without added sweeteners, which is a plus! Baby steps!
