Can I tell you something?
I still take notes with pen and paper, and doodle all over them. I keep track of events and to-do’s in a physical planner. I subscribe to 8 wonderful print magazines and look forward to reading every single page, beginning with the last page first. I struggled to put down The Food Babe Way and go to sleep at night. I wanted to keep absorbing Vani’s wisdom!     The #1 struggle I have with healthy eating is getting my family on board. It becomes overwhelming to try to serve a healthy dinner that satisfies everyone.

    The hardest part of eating healthy for me is planning healthy recipes that’s in my budget range. Cost so much eating healthy! And prepping time with recipes getting everything ready before a busy day. Like cleaning and cutting fruits and veggies. Temptations everywhere example fast food place Mc. Donald. Less processed foods soon to be no more process foods! More whole foods! But it’s good thing! Hope you guys understand what I wrote!

    My biggest challenge is getting my family to eat health, I give into my cravings when they eat junk food in front of me.

    The hardest thing I find about healthy eating is planning yummy recipes. In my household I am the only one who tries to eat healthy food. I like the look of a lot of stuff but usually don’t bother because its just me.

My biggest struggle with healthy heating is the proverbial challenge of what to fix … historically, I don’t have an appetite and eating is usually a social event (even if it’s just my husband & me). San being hungry, I nosh on fresh fruit and my biggest downfall, nuts … any variety works.

    My biggest struggle is getting my household on board. It’s hard to get them to want to eat healthy with me and harder to convince them that we need to change our way of eating now rather than later.

    Especially that I am an emotional eater!!!

    My number one struggle is finding quick and easy recipes that also don’t cost the earth. I have an autoimmune disease and it responds very well to healthy eating but when I have flare ups or crashes I need to be able to put my hands on something that will nurture my body

    My biggest struggle right now is sweets. This week has been hard because my apartment building has had activities and meeting where the offered snack waas cookies and soda. I ended up with a lot of sweets in my house so my week of eating healthy has completely gone down the drain. I have still been doing my smoothies.

    My number one struggle with healthy eating is knowing WHAT to make and then grocery shopping. Its sometimes hard for me because I love food!! so its difficult sometimes to find food that tastes amazing and is also healthy for you. I sometimes turn to pinterest but then some of the recipes just take too long! I work two jobs, 70 hours a week so I need something thats healthy and fast…. And THAT can be a challenge!

    Biggest struggle – buying everything on the provided shopping list and sticking with the suggested recipes. The further into the week I get, the more I tend to change my mind about what I want to eat. I end up making up my own dishes from the ingredients I have bough, so the food does not go to wast, it is just “re-imaged”.

    Determining exactly what items are healthy is my biggest challenge. Other than fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and some grains…there seems to be a gray area based on the source.

    My biggest struggle to healthy eating is grocery shopping! I either buy too much veggies that they go bad before I can make use of them or I buy too little that I don’t have enough healthy raw food on hand available. I guess I need to have a good meal plan before I do all the shopping.
