Can I tell you something?
I still take notes with pen and paper, and doodle all over them. I keep track of events and to-do’s in a physical planner.     my daily struggle with eating healthy is my job i have to leave early in the morning and get home late at night. And if that’s not bad enough i struggle with an under active thyroid so no matter what i do, i always have to first check the status of my thyroid.
    i live alone and cooking for one is never ever fun and its very difficult to not just grab a burger and fries from mcD’s ;(

    The hardest thing that I struggle with is trying to get my family on board. If they aren’t with me, then I always struggle, and fall back into eating whatever. I need help getting everyone in my home all on the same track with a healthy eating lifestyle. We do great for a week or so, and then it just all goes downhill from there. Help. I need this book. Thanks so much.

    Keeping my meals balanced. It’s easy to grab something quick or just have a bowl of cereal. Balancing out fruits, veggies and healthy fat is much more tricky.

    AVOIDING CHOCOLATE AND REFINED SUGER AT THAT TIME OF THE MONTH!! I continually go through a pattern where I eat very well for a week, then it’s ruined by hormonal cravings. Then it takes me a couple of weeks to work up to eating very clean again, and so the cycle continues! Very frustrating.
