The Good Life Green Smoothie Recipe

  • Handful of fresh kale
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • Heaping cup of frozen organic strawberries
  • Half cup of frozen organic blueberries
  • Half cup of homemade coconut milk
  • One heaping tablespoon of almond butter
  • A teaspoon of MCT oil (go light, this stuff can be, um, “lubricating.” lol)* or swap for 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Water to taste (I tend to keep it on the thicker side)
