    I love your smoothies, they are so creative! My favorite smoothies are the Berry Protein Bash (I add a stalk of celery and some chia seeds), and I LOVE the Orange Julius. What a treat! Your smoothies leave me feeling satisfied. Any time I feel like grabbing a snack, I just reach into the fridge and have some leftover smoothie. Cures the snack craves in a healthy way.

    The pumpkin spice smoothie is great. But I really haven’t found one that isn’t really good…so it’s hard to choose just one!

    I am so happy that I took a leap to try your smoothie challenge. I have more energy and I already feel like it’s becoming a life change not only for me but also for my husband! He decided to do the challenge with me. My favorite smoothie is your “oh kale ya” I would have never thought I would enjoy kale in a smoothie. I’m 6 month pregnant now so I decided to do this more for the nutritional benefits but once this baby comes I’ll be excited to see if I start loosing weight on top of that.

    I recently discovered you from IG and loooove the pictures. So far, I think the Flu Fighter is my favorite. Simple, clean and soooooo good for this season of germs. Thanks! Id loooove the vitamix but who doesn’t need an awesome blender nowadays?

    I haven’t tried a simple green smoothies that wasn’t delicious! Since I love mango and juicy pineapples, I am going to go with the HAWAIIAN BREEZE. Here’s the recipe just incase someone hasn’t had a chance to try it!

    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup coconut water, unsweetened
    1 orange, peeled
    1 cup pineapple
    1 cup mango
    1 banana

    P.S. Sometimes I add a vanilla protein powder and unsweetened coconut milk instead of water to make it more of a shake!

    I love all of your smoothies too … it’s so hard to pick just one! But I agree the Berry Protein Bash is my favorite goto. Sometimes I like to add some rolled oats for a thicker smoothie. Or a spoonful of nut butter is nice too. Fills me up in the morning & keeps me going till lunchtime! 😉 Thanks ladies!!

    Hi My name is Amy and I have been doing your smoothies for over a year. I can’t tell you how this helped me loss weight and eat vegetables and fruits that I would not normally eat. My favorite was coconut dream and my mother n law loved gingerlicous. Thank you ladies for these smoothies keep up the good work.

    Coconut Dream is my new favorite. Mango is related to the cashew plant family, so I omit it because I have a child that is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts and we have been warned to avoid it. I just add a little extra pineapple and I like to add oats. Because I do not allow nuts in my home, I have had to alter the smoothie recipes with nonnut products. I love that the recipes are so easy to alter and that you give ideas for the liquids, proteins, and other substitutions.

    Veggie cocktail is one of my favorite smoothies. I do add extra hot sauce for a little kick in the afternoon.

    I would have to say my favorite is the flu fighter. My immune system is CRAZY!!! The flu fighter is packed with Vitamin C and drinking it once a week I haven’t been sick yet!!! *fingerscrossed

    I came to the party a little late (about 10 days into the start of the 30 day challenge), but I have been following the recipes every morning and plan on seeing the full 30 day challenge all the way to the end. It’s already given me more energy and I find I’m excited to get up and put all those delicious whole foods in the blender. Since I’m new to green smoothies, I would still have to say Beginner’s Luck is my favorite, but I’m learning to love them all! Thank you!

    The Coconut Dream is my favorite. On my birthday, I added a few dates to really make it a special celebration drink, put in some hemp seeds and avocado, and felt like I was having desert for breakfast. My husband loves both the Beginner’s Luck and anything with strawberry or kiwi. My son will drink any smoothie, as long as it is green in color. When he wakes up, he heads for the ‘fridge and grabs one. (He is three.)

    Favorite green smoothie…oh so many favorites but I do love my green almond berry smoothie! Banana, mixed frozen berries, spinach, coconut water, almonds and hemp seeds…total yummy goodness!
