    My 8 year old loves any smoothies I make. I put spinach and kale into any smoothie with tons of fruit and she drinks them up!

    My favorite go to smoothie is spinach, strawberries & banana. I love several but in a crunch, this smoothie never fails!

    Honestly like everything – like that I can use whatever I have available fresh or frozen and able to make a great smoothie!!

    I pretty much love all green smoothie recipes. My favorites are those with strawberry and chocolate! But my all-time favorite is a sweet kale smoothie, just apple juice, bananas, kale, and ice. Sometimes I’ll add chia, flax, or hemp hearts for an added boost!

    I am a huge fan of the cranberry kale cooler! I’ve used both raw cranberries and unsweetened cranberry juice. I prefer the raw cranberries (but both are awesome!)

    My favorite green smoothie is this:
    1 cup orange juice or coconut water
    2 cups spinach (or other greens)
    1 banana
    1 cup mixed frozen fruit (combination of pineapple, strawberries, mango and guava)
    Add a sprig of fresh basil or mint
    The fresh basil or mint add a special zing to this smoothie! It makes me so happy! I keep small basil and mint plants in my kitchen windowsill just for using in smoothies.
    Trying Simple Green Smoothie recipes gave me the guidance to try my own mixes, and with great success! Thank you!

    I loved the Citrus Crush on Week 2 and I am always adding the chia seeds to the smoothies because y’all recommended that as a booster.

    Totally love all the Smoothies!! My husband loves it too, and literally demands for them everyday. We are enjoying the experience thoroughly! We are both berry and citrus fans, so our favourite (coincidently) is the ‘Strawberry Daiquiri’!
    I usually replace the Grapefruit in the recipe with an Orange– makes our day! I can’t wait to try more and more recipes and send you feedback! Thank you for this amazing experience! 🙂
