    Hi
    Im new on the challenge, il go with strong popeye, iv been doing all sort of diet, but I find this one very easy to follow, and enjoying every smoothie I tried. I wont stop the challenge as this will be part of my new lifestyle.

    My favourite recipe is Gingerlicious, because I get to use my favourite root:

    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 cups unsweetened almond milk
    1 banana
    2 apples, with core removed
    ½-inch fresh ginger, peeled

    I blend the spinach and almond milk together, then add everything else, and voila! I feel like I doing something good to my body!

    Water, a whole apple, half of a banana, a handful of frozen grapes, 1tbs chia seeds, and lots of spinach! My 4 year old loves it too!

    my favorite smoothie is spinach, banana, mango, pineapple and orange. I even got my husband to drink it 🙂

    My favorite is the SIMPLE COLADA, so yummy! It’s with spinach, unsweetened coconut milk, pineapple and kiwifruit, delicious!!!

    My favorite smoothies are Chocolate Covered Cherry or C3 as I call it and the Coconut Dream or Coco Dreaming! I just can’t pick between the two- they are so yummy and good for you!

    Hi ladies,

    my totally most favorite green smoothie is GINGERLICIOUS. Sometime I boost it with a hemp protein powder or coconut oil with green tea instead of almond milk, and it is perfect as well 🙂

    Thank you so much for helping get started with smoothies for my health…I’ve got the whole family hooked! Even my husband, who was always put off by the idea of s green smoothie! My favorite was “Oh Kale Yeah”, but I have not tried one I didn’t like.

    First thing- thanks for the blend leafy greens to liquid step! Knowing that makes a huge difference!!

    Second I love the Pink flamingo smoothie …. But I love flamingos so I had to love it!!

    I love love love this site and have done the 30 day challenge several times over the past year. my favorite recipe is made with chard/spinach/kale mix, coconut water, pineapples, mango, half of a cucumber, and banana. sooooo yummy and refreshing.

    I would LOVE to win the vitamix!

    I loooove the chocolate dipped strawberry smoothie. The cocoa make sit so different from your average fruit smoothie:
    2 cups Kale
    2 cups almond milk
    2 cups strawberries (frozen)
    1 banana
    2 tbsp cocoa powder!
