    My favorite is Beginners Luck! I am new to smoothies and this has made me want to continue to try more of the recipes provided!

    My boyfriend and I loved “Oh Kale Yeah!” We made some substitutions though – mango instead of pineapple and blueberries instead of strawberries! Coconut Dream was a close second (except extra mango instead of pineapple) 🙂

    Beginners luck & coconut dream are my top favorites right now. All of the smoothie recipes are so interesting and amazing. I make them for my family and there are no complaints (not even from my picky dad and little sister). I’ve been doing the challenge for 21 days so far and I feel great. I love making new recipes each day, the smoothies always start my day off right!

    I have truly enjoy all the recipes, but the chocolate won me over. I don’t like chocolate at all but the taste was so smooth & delicious. I must said my pants in the waist are no longer tight. I lost 3 inches in my waist & hips. This healthy journey as been amazing.

    Chai Like You | Serves 2
    2 cups spinach, fresh
    2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
    ½ inch piece of ginger
    2 pears
    1 banana
    1 teaspoon cardamom
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Flu Fighter or Quick Pick Me Up (honestly, haven’t had one yet that made me say “what we’re they thinking??”, even when I’m weirded out putting the ingredients in)

    Almond butter and jelly (SGS website)! I seriously prefer this over any kind of dessert at this point.

    These liquid salads are changing me little by little. So far my favorite is as follows:
    1 cup Kale
    1 cup Spinach
    1 cup celery
    1 cup parsley
    1/2 cup pineapple
    1 banana
    1 cup ice

    I just wanted to share.. mmm it’s difficult to choose just one, I REALLY like the Brain Fuel smoothie, ( spinach, pear, mango, avocado) but I think the winner would be the Emerald fresh mint. It’s soooo tasty, freshly and SWEET! The best way of eating raw spinach ever!!

    My favorite smoothie was the strawberry daiquiri. I have to say though that all of the smoothies that I have tried were pretty awesome! Still trying the rest but they were all great recipes!

    So far my favorite recipe is Coconut Dream! I love Coconut!

    2 cups fresh kale
    2 cups coconut milk,
    1 cup mango
    1 cup pineapple
    1 banana
    2 tablespoons coconut
    flakes, unsweetened
