My favorite Green Smoothie:
2 c. Spinach
2 whole bananas
2 c. water
1 c. pineapple
1 c. frozen peaches
2 TBS. flaxseeds
2 packets stevia in the raw (opt)
lil’ bit of almond butter (opt)
Mix spinach and water first, then add rest of ingredients.

My favourite recipe by far is the U-Pick Me Up with green tea, spinach and berries. So delicious I just keep making it again and again and again!

Since I’ve started, I love to blend 2 cups of spinach, frozen pineapple and mango all with coconut milk 🙂 A tropical treat on a wintery day!

I love a slightly tweaked version of the Flu Fighter – pineapple instead of strawberries for a sweeter drink and spinach instead of Kale (mostly because we get tons of spinach in our farm box this time of year).
2 cups spinach
1 1/2 cups water
1 banana (2 if really small)
1 cup pinapple
2 peeled oranges
Best of all – my picky two-year-old LOVES all the green “juices” I’ve been making since I started this challenge. She almost never eats veggies anymore (we still offer them regularly) but she happily slurps down a green smoothie almost every morning!

I love the berries’n’cream!!! Taste like one of my favorite ice cream flavor when I was a kid, strawberries/vanilla cups! =)
