    I heard about the 30 day challenge last year, when I stumbled upon the website looking for green smoothie recipes. I lost 10 pounds last spring by blending a smoothie each morning for breakfast.

    I noticed that after I stopped the morning smoothies after a few months my weight loss decreased and eventually stopped. I have maintained my weight in the 230’s for a year with minor fluctuations (+/- 5 lbs, but always in the 230’s). I’d like to be 180lbs, so I still have a ways to go. I did a four day cleanse with green smoothies this past week and lost 6 pounds. My energy levels and mental clarity have increased so I will try to be more faithful with drinking one smoothie everyday.

    I came across the simple green smoothies on a search engine while looking for healthy smoothie recipes. I am a nurse, and in taking care of everyone else I have been neglecting myself. My boyfriend is 37 and a type 2 diabetic. It was time for a change in both our lives! Since we started following the SGS lifestyle 8 weeks ago we have felt some extremelypleased positive results. We’re filled with energy, we’ve both started to shed some much needed pounds, I’ve cut down on my caffeine intake, and his blood sugar levels have decreased so much his doctor had to cut back on his diabetes meds. I couldn’t be more grateful. I rave about you ladies and your website to all the girls at work. Rawk on ladies! Thanks for doing what you do!

    I heard about it on Pinterest when looking for smoothie recipes. They help me eat enough veggies each day and help me feel more energized without needing a ton of caffeine!

    1) I heard about the 30-day challenge from my running buddy. Both of us are trying to get more in shape and healthy for races.
    2) The Challenge is benefiting me so much! I’ve lost weight and feel lighter and cleaner.

    I heard about you guys from the podcast you did with Steve Chou (mywifequitherjob.com). I have been juicing to help deal with my Lyme Disease and keep my body strong and my immune system up. I’m currently using a small Ninja blender, but I could really use something bigger and stronger!

    I found simple green smoothies online and immediately signed up for the emails and the next 30 day challenge. It has not been easy, but I do feel better and enjoy it when I stay on track. Using smoothies make me feel so much energetic and I can do more during the day. My goal is to feel better and eat more veggies.

As a ‘smoothie newbie’ I’ve been using your recipes to help cleanse my body, kick-start my metabolism and get healthy kilo-joules into my body!     I found out about green smoothies from Jen and the rawstar team. I’ve registered to their website about 2-3 years ago just because I wanted to eat healthier and provide my family with a natural life style. I love all the post. Green smoothies definitely give me more energy and help my craving for carbohydrates.

    I found out about the 30-day challenge when I found your website. I typed in, “simple smoothies” and your website came up first. I spend at least an hour on your website searching everything and anything because I was so intrigued and excited that there is something out there that is just based on simple (yummy) smoothies! You have so many useful suggestions on how to meal plan, how to blend the smoothies so there aren’t any chunks, how to swap out ingredients, etc. The green smoothies help me get most of my fruit and veggies for the day, which I love! I’m not a fan of fruit by itself, so I love that I can pack it all into one drink. It also helps start my day right because I’m getting a healthy and satisfying breakfast. I’m so excited to continue.     Hi,

    I learned about the 30 day challenge via Instagram. When I came across your Instagram page I was at a point where I was no longer making smoothies for lack of new recipes. However, I stumbled across your page and received all the inspiration desired.

    Smoothies allows me to achieve my nutritional goal because I don’t have the best fruit or vegetable intake. Honestly, I eat more vegetables than I do fruit. So at least by doing the challenges I feel like my body is receiving the necessary nutrition. Thanks for sharing your journey and continuing to inspire others!

    I heard about Green Smoothies from the blog for 100 Days of Real Food. I am now a cancer survivor (4+ Years) and was taking care of my best friend as she went through end-stage esophageal cancer. It kept nagging at me to eat more of a whole food diet and I found 100 Days of Real Food. I started Lisa’s challenge and she mentioned Green Smoothies and the quarterly challenge in one of her blog posts. I thought “why the Kale not; I might as well go for it all and try the Green Smoothie challenge, too!”.

    I am less bloated, or have zero bloating, though I am not always consistent with the smoothies. I know that this is a healthy choice to add valuable nutrients that I need. I’ve had weight loss surgery and suffer from Lupus, so nutrition is very important.

    I heard about a green smoothie challenge about a year and a half ago after an interview Jadah did on a podcast I listen to. So I signed up and have been doing green smoothie challenges since! They’re a great way for me to mix up what I’ve been doing, particularly when I get into a slump with eating.
