    I heard about the Green Smoothie Challenge through Instagram (I follow you guys), the smoothies are really good and tasty and are helping me to get my green veggies into my daily diet.

    I heard about the 30-day challenge by accident, I was reading through some articles online about nice smoothies to make and stumbled upon a blogger who made one of this website.
    The 30-day challenge has made me more awake and helped me get up and get going in the morning. I love it because I am much more productive since I started doing this challenge.
    I love it.

    I woke up to an email about this challenge so OF COURSE I had to join! I follow SGS religiously! They taught me how to make some delicious smoothies and they have so many recipes to choose from! I’ve been smoothie-ing for a while and I’ll never stop (even during the frigid Michigan winter! — Mexican Hot Chocolate and Spiced Almond Milk are my lifesavers during those months). Drinking smoothies has helped my skin, my health, my body image, my social life (everybody comes to me for smoothie advice now lol), my social media life (I post recipes on my IG and Snap that my friends love!), my fiances health, and has actually helped me stay motivated! When you start your day with a smoothie, you’re way more likely to continue making healthy decisions throughout the day! I don’t even have a good blender and I still manage to make smoothies almost daily! Having a decent blender would be so amazing! I’ve been using an old one I bought for $2 at a garage sale, along with a cute single-serving Hamilton Beach one that my fiance’s mom got me for Christmas.     I’ve been in emails and challenges for about 6-8 months now. I love all the great ways I can give my 3yr old son healthy nutrition that he loves! The real foods allow me to ensure he gets the things he needs while ensuring he doesn’t get food allergens he has to avoid.

    I first heard of your challenge last year. I think it was through email somehow. We’re you part of a health telesummit or one for mom’s? I’m sorry I don’t remember. What I love about green smoothies is that they are a great way for my super picky eater to get lots of produce every day.

    I heard about the 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge after searching for smoothie recipes online. I’ve been making smoothies every morning for over a month but I needed new recipes. I wanted more fun smoothies and to try different things in my smoothie but I wasn’t sure what. The recipes offered are great and I feel much better. I have more energy, my hair and skin is improving tremendously. I am even taking a smoothie to work to drink along with my lunch

    I believe I originally heard about it on either Instagram or Facebook it was a while ago do I don’t remember. The daily green smoothies help me with my wellness goals by giving me an easy way to include greens into my diet every day 🙂

    I was searching for new smoothie recopes when I came across your website.
    This 30 day Challenge came at a great time for me. With a toddler and a one month old baby it can be difficult to find time to eat well so having a green smoothie every day helps me get a lit of the nutrients my body so desperately needs.
    Also, I love that I can count on your recipes to deliver a variety of delicious smoothies! Thank you for doing what you do!

    Another zumba instructor friend of mine sent me the link. She knew that i had just started doing green smoothies and thought it would be helpful. I was very skeptical about the smoothies….but most of them are quite good. I’ve only been doing these smoothies for about 2 weeks so I’m not sure if there’s been a change. I like the idea that I know what I’m putting into my body.

    I found Simple Green Smoothies about 18 months ago when I was researching different methods of health improvement through dietary changes. I was using an all vegan protein powder that is fabulous, but needed a boost to make the meal planning tasty and interesting. SGS was just what I needed!!
    I’ve completed the 30-day challenge twice, and have also done a 30-day clean eating challenge incorporating the SGS principles and recipes. Being consistent is so important and SGS has helped me maintain health and lose weight! I’ve lost 90 pounds and am still working towards my goal of losing 113 pounds total.     I found out about the 30 day challenge from a friend on Facebook that was doing it before. I have been doing smoothies as an alternative for breakfast or lunch but nothing consistent…until now. I feel like I have so much more energy and even though I haven’t really lost any weight I can definitely feel a difference in my health. I have told friends and family about it to get on board and so far I have had one other person join me in this journey. I still have a long way to go on my weight loss and health journey but this is a great start so far!!

    I lear about the 30 day green smoothy challenge by the internet I was searching for blenders and I found Simple green smoothies, I loved what Jen and Jadah are doing and find inspiration from them.

    Green smoothies are helping me feeling light and energized, my skin is getting healthier. The best par of all is my 3 girls host by watching want to try fruits and veggies and also are starting to drink and love smoothies. Now they now a healthier way to eat, and their loving it.

    I found out about the 30 day smoothie challenge through Instagram because I followed you for a few years now and I love how honest you are about your situation, so I signed up for one. Smoothies enable me to get in a lot more vegetables and vitamins and nutrients than I normally would through eating the foods whole, and your recipes are so delicious and help me get my sweet tooth fixed so I don’t eat pastries or candy, so it’s been a great help
