    1. I saw someone post about the challenge on Instagram! The photo posted was beautiful, and I wanted to see what it was all about. 2. Green smoothies help me get more fruits and veggies in my diet (and they taste great!). I’m super thankful for the shopping list too, it makes things so easy and keeps me accountable for less waste in buying too much!

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies on the site 100 Days of Real Food. I discovered the challenge after following the link and checking out your site! I actually did the July challenge in August and so am now two and a half months in – a green smoothie every day! I think they’ve given me an overall feeling of health and well-being. Since I started the challenge I’ve changed my eating habits quite a bit and I now eat much cleaner. Combining this with daily exercise makes me feel extremely fit and healthy!

    I heard about green smoothies from a friend and saw the results. I then decided to follow suit and now I am off to a rawking great start!

    My goal is to be healthy as a life style and be able to eat fruits and veggies (mostly veggies) that I don’t normally eat as part of my diet. Thanks for providing this great and healthy online challenge.

    I heard about it on facebook. The green smoothie challenge is helping me by making sure I have something healthy for either breakfast or lunch. I work early and getting 2 kids ready to go to two different child care facilities usually means that I go without breakfast or forget to make lunch. I make my smoothies the night before and they are ready for the next day. My husband usually get my 2nd one.

    My friend has raved about your smoothies and 3 week cleanse so I’ve been looking at some recipes and wanting to get into smoothy making, except the only blender I have is at work which is not ideal.

    When I make the smoothies at work I feel amazing. I feel a lightness and energy better than any other breakfast

    I bought a book on superfood smoothies, and I realized it would cost me hundreds of dollars just to make a few of the smoothies in the book. So I googled Green smoothies and came to your website. Bingo! Easy, affordable smoothies. After completing the 30-day challenge, I then bought the 21-Fresh start and Loved It. I still cook many of the recipes on a weekly basis. I had a very basic blender when I started until my husband bought me one that can actually blend all the frozen goodness! Now he and I make smoothies every morning together. Simple Green Smoothies fueled our Oympic-distance and Ironman triathlon training this season!

    I heard of the challenge on Instagram and have been following ever since! I at first found it to be super challenging to get in my greens, but the challenge definitely makes it easier with the shopping lists and motivation!

    I am always looking for new ways to add a twist to all the veggies I want to eat in a day. Making a big green smoothie with all the veggies I couldn’t dream of chowing down in a day + a sweet apple is the perfect way to get my nutrients in while curbing my after dinner swoet tooth!

    I have done the challenge in the past as well as the fresh start 21 and felt like I needed a green smoothie reboot! This challenge has helped me recommit to plant based eating and leave the vegetarian and vegan processed junk foods alone. If I won this blender, it would be for my daughter who is in her second year of college. She loves making smoothies, cashew creams and cheeses and creamy soups, but has been missing them since moving away for college.

    I am currently trying to focus on eating cleaner, not processed foods, and the challenge is the perfect way for me to eat my greens, fruits and to (re)fuel after/before my workouts.

    A friend introduced me to the challenge! I find that a smoothie a day (which I try and do outside of challenge months as well) keeps me on track and motivated to stay healthy, both by continuing to eat well and exercise! It’s a daily reminder about how making good choices makes me feel so much better!

    I heard about the 30 day Green smoothie challenge when I google “GREEN SMOOTHIES” and there it was and I’m glad I found it. Green smoothies helped me have more energy, my face has cleared up some, I have lost some lbs and my kids really enjoy them too!

    1.) Found you through the 100 Days of Real Food blog. Liked that you kept it simple, easy, and didn’t add all the “fad diet” stuff in. 🙂

    2.) I love that I’m getting the much needed veggie and fruit servings in. I have started using the smoothies as my breakfast, rather than grabbing a donut or whatever else I can find. I have noticed that making that good choice first thing encourages me to make good choices the rest of the day.

    I appreciate this program, and am enjoying the 30 day challenge.
