    I honestly can’t remember how I heard of you, I’ve been enjoying the challenges and the smoothies for quite a while now – along with fresh start 21, etc.
    I love having a healthy and yummy way to boost my metabolism, veggie intake, and healthy lifestyle awareness!!

    After watching a documentary called Fat Sick and Nearly Dead I a decision to change the way I see food and the change the foods that I eat to only nourishing ones. I had a blender already and knew an easy way to incorporate more veggies and fruits into each day would be to drink smoothies so while doing a Google search for green smoothies I came across Simple Green Smoothies and signed up for the 30 day challenge. The challenge has been great, getting recipes and shopping lists has made it very easy for me to stick to the plan. The 30 day challenge has really helped me to make positive dietary choices, once you start nourishing your body and avoid unhealthy processed and sugary foods you start wanting a green smoothie or another healthy food instead. These smoothies and the challenge have really helped me to reset my mind and stick to eating healthful foods without it being a challenge.

    I found the 30 day challenge while searching for green smoothie recipes. Thank you for all the info that you share! I use the basic green smoothie recipe every day. 🙂 The challenge has been working for me! I don’t eat as much, my sugar cravings are gone, and I’m sleeping better! Good nutrition works!

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals? I LOVE the whole lifestyle, and it’s motivated me to eat cleaner. When you start the day off with fresh fruits and veggies, you’re more motivated to stay on track from there 🙂

    Instagram! That’s where I find the coolest stuff like your page. Green smoothies are helping me lose the weight I’ve regained as I struggle to figure out how to eat healthier. I lost a bunch of weight over the last few years, but keeping it off requires better nutrition than losing it does for me. There is so much to learn about nutrition these days and adding a food allergy makes it even more challenging. Green smoothies take some of the confusion out of it for me as I work hard on becoming fit.

    I found the 30 day challenge while searching the web for healthy vegetarian recipes. I joined and really enjoy the flavor combinations! They mix an interesting blend of fruits, vegetables and condiments….some I would never think of putting together. I really love them and am now forever hooked!

    I heard about you by googling smoothie recipe’s. They are helping me because I get my chocolate fix through a banana chocolate smoothie with unsweetened cocoa powder. Much healthier than a chocolate bar!

    Last weekend, I found Simple Green Smoothies through an internet search targeting smoothies with greens. I’m in love with your website, recipes and up beat fun spin on healthy eating. It is so difficult to maintain but your guidence has made doing so accessable for my life style. Me and my husband are going to stick with it.     I heard about the 30 day smoothie challenge when I googled green smoothies and then decided to join the challenge. I have added the smoothies as a reward for my exercise routine and I find that I have more energy since starting the challenge. I also find a greater craving for fresh foods as a result of making a daily smoothie, so I hope to continue making them beyond the 30 day challenge.

    I heard about the 30-day smoothie challenge on another website for an anti-inflammatory diet. I was just coming to the end of that 21-day challenge and signed up for yours so I could keep going with new smoothie suggestions.

    Green smoothies and a vegan diet are definitely reducing my joint and muscle pain, improving sleep quality, and giving me more energy and a stronger immune system.

    Hello. I heard about the 30 day challenge by doing a Google search. I had just started my green smoothie journey, and needed new ideas. When I searched “green smoothie recipes”, your website came up and I checked it out. It was such a coincidence because the 30 Day Challenge was going to start, so I signed up. Green Smoothies has helped increased my iron levels, and helped me receive other essential vitamins and minerals. I am also much more energize now that I drink green smoothes.

    I heard about Green Smoothies last year through a friend. I typically run on the iron dificient side, but since having green smoothies my iron is up and I feel great! I haven’t been able to donate blood in years because of my low iron…. I have donated twice since starting the smoothies!!! So I guess you can say that green smoothies have made me healthier AND saved 6 lives. Lol

    I stumbled up on this green smoothie challenge on FB when looking for healthier habits. These help me to stay on track with some good vitamin inducement from all the fruits and veggies put into them. The challenges each month help me to stay on track so much better!!!     I found you guys on the Internet looking for ways to help with my weight loss journey.

    The 30 day challenges helped me to see food differently. I was learning how they were good for my body and not my #1 enemy. Simply and deliciously the weight started to come off. I was full of energy and it tasted soooo good. Not only was I doing something great for me, but also for my family and friends. I’m a better wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. With my greens and blender by my side, I’m invincible! (At least I feel that way. )

    My roommate and I heard it on a Paleo Podcast and decided to do it together!! We were inspired by the two friends who started it : ) I eat Paleo, so these smoothies are a gentle reset that fits right in with my daily system!!

    i heard about this through my email, it just randomly showed up one day and i thought why not.
    the smoothies are nice at introducing some veggies that i normally wouldn’t eat in a way that tastes great. allowing me to get even more nutrition than i was getting before.

    I stumbled across you site a few years ago and I’ve been hooked to daily green smoothies since! I love the 30 day green smoothie challenges!
    Green smoothies are so important to me for many reasons, but the main reasons are, it helps me to be a better and healthier person so I can take care of my family better! Green smoothies also help me take in vital nutrients that I wouldn’t normally get since the texture of fruit bothers me. But blended all up in a creamy healthy smoothie, all I taste is the awesome flavors!
    The recipes from the challenges inspires me to be a bit more creative to make healthy food, and we truly look forward to them!

    I found your website while searching for ways to increase my leafy green consumption without just shoveling in more salads. That was a while ago, and since that first 30 day challenge I’ve done 2 more and bought the book! This challenge is different, since I’m bringing my husband along with me. I love the change in energy I have after drinking green smoothies each morning, and each challenge I notice the change earlier! This time I’m hoping to kick start better habits for my husband since he needs a lot of help with his eating pattern. Regardless, I’m happy to have found the challenge, the recipes, and the book, and we are happy to been green smoothie lovers!

    I honestly can’t remember how I heard about the 30 Day Smoothie Challenge, but I THINK it was through a blog (100 Days of Real Food maybe?). It has been super helpful in helping me get more veggies and fruits, especially during my 3rd pregnancy when any veggie sounded terrible…unless it was in a smoothie!
