    I get your emails and heard about the challenge on them. I take a green smoothie to work M-F. It keeps me full so I am not raiding the vending machines there which is definitely not a healthy thing to do.

    OMG! What a treat!

    1) I followed you on Instagram for your inspiring photos and ideas. But then @mayicarles shared her commitment to the 21 day challenge and that got me even more interested.

    2) They are a piece of art. My green smoothies satisfy my needs and really help me enjoy my work and other moments. I feel like something has my back even on a cloudy day. And the variety keeps me curious about exploring and tasting what at first didn’t catch my attention. Pretty awesome!

    How did you hear about the 30 day challenge? I was surfing the internet looking for smoothie recipes and found your 30-day challenge.
    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health and wellness goals?Green smoothie being a “fast meal” really help me stay on track with my busy schedule, and I get the all nutrients benefit of raw and live food.

    I heard about the challenge from a very dear friend more than an year ago.At that time, I had my second baby and was finding it extremely difficult to eat healthy (I was breastfeeding and had constant hunger pangs) and would resort to binge eating junk. Getting on the green smoothie path really helped me get the energy required to take care of my babies and occasionally do the laundry too 😉

    Wow you guys Rawk! I started my green smoothie love affair in 2014. I was overweight and depressed and recently diagnosed as prediatic. I began looking for a healthy way shed a few pounds and get my bpod sugar levels to a somewhat normal range. One day a friend of mine posted a green smoothie recipe on FB and I decided to try it and immediately fell in love. I drank the same smoothie daily for about a week and then decided to branch out and try something new. So I went to Google and that is where I stumbled upon your site and signed up for my first 30 day Challenge, and have never looked back.

    I first found Simple Green Smoothies on Pinterest, from there I started make recipes from the website and eventually discovering the challenge and participating because there was even more recipe ideas!

    My goal with the smoothies was a healthy breakfast because i was either not eating it or having a bagel. I also had the added bonus of clearer skin which I wasn’t seeking out but happily welcome! 🙂

    I cam across simple green smoothies as i was looking for ways to be healthier. The green smoothie recipes I hace found have been delicious and are helping me to keep fruits and veggies in my diet. I love it!

    My girlfriend and fellow Mom recommended Rawkstar to me as a way to pack in the good stuff with no mess and no time. It’s just amazing. I live for Green Smoothies. I’m writing because sadly my blender is giving up on me and the chunks are getting bigger and bigger. I would hate to stop drinking them.

    The energy I receive from a single smoothy is amazing, and with 2 kids (5 and 3) a full time job out of the house and a needy husband (sorry babe) I need all the energy and joy-packed goodness, I can muster.     I saw Jadah in a B-School case study and checked out the site. I’ve bought all the Rawkstar products I can and admire not only your products but your business. I have green smoothies + morning tonic for breakfast. I find starting the day this way helps me be more awake and steady during the day. I also use the Let’s Eat meal plans to feed my family. I feel good feeding my family a mostly plant-based diet.

    Learned of 30-day challenge from already being a Simple Green Smoothies RawkStar. Love the book!! Have had a smoothie everyday for the past 18 months (ok, occasional day here and there due to lack of ingredients, away from home, power outage!) Great energy! Super healthy! Able to take it with me on the way to work if running short on time. Tell everyone who will listen about the Rawksomeness of smoothies! Got my 80-year-old mom to make them! Great for maintaining weight. Feel awesome for a 56-year-old! Really would love that Kitchenaid blender! Have tried 3 others that are ok, but not as awesome! Good Luck to me!

    I found the challenge back in Fall 2014. I was searching for ways to change my eating habits. One of my friends mentioned trying green smoothies. During my search, your site popped up. And I have been in love! I have done every smoothie challenge ever since. Drinking a smoothies every day has made me feel so much better!     How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge?
    – I heard about the 30-Day Challenge when I searched on google for ‘green smoothie’ recipes and found the site and then the challenge.
    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge? How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    – I am having more veggies (kale, chard, spinach) and fruits (blueberries and strawberries) in my diet by making these green smoothies.
    – By adding more good foods in my body I have less room for the bad processed foods!!!

    1. I found out about the challenge through Pinterest. I was looking for green smoothie recipes for my son (who has autism) to get vegetables in his diet. He refuses to eat veggies because of the texture, so I got him to drink some juiced veggies, but needed some other recipe ideas.
    2. Green smoothies helps us both. I get more energy and feel so much better health-wise when I drink them. My son actually gets the natural nutrients he misses out on with what he eats. He stays healthy this way too, he hasn’t gotten sick in a long time.

    I found out about the Green Smoothie Challenge last year from a Facebook friend through the Yoga with Adriene Members Group. So glad I discovered y’all! 🙂 Your green smoothies are helping me reach my health & wellness goals by keeping me from getting sick so often (I work as an elementary school librarian and I’m ALWAYS catching colds and stomach bugs, but now that happens MUCH LESS frequently). Getting sick less often lets me exercise more, feel energized, and cook healthy foods!

    Someone mentioned the 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge on facebook. I was curious because I couldn’t imagine that a green smoothie would be tasty. I signed up for the 30 day challenge and did it! They are delicious! Now I like drinking my vegetables instead of having to chew them all. Its the best way to have fruit and vegetables for breakfast or lunch.
