    I receive your emails. Green smoothies have helped me threw chemo giving me back nutrients I have depleted. I’m done chemo but still continue to drink them BC they are so healthy for me and quick and easy .

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies on Facebook and was hooked immediately. I have been rawking the green smoothies for about 6 months now and have gotten to the point that my body craves them. I also find when I am consistently having smoothies for breakfast it is easier for me to make healthy choices throughout the day. what a delicious way to reach my goals!

    I saw it talked about on a blog. I think it was 100 Days of Real Food.

    I just had a baby and so it can be very exhausting. The smoothies are easy meals I can drink while taking care of my three children and they help give me energy without feeling like I am going to crash.

    My girlfriend sent me here on a mission to win a blender.

    I haven’t got the opportunity to taste a green smoothie. But the theory on color psychology states that Green is a color that always seeks knowledge and understanding. So I guess just looking at it makes me smarter.

    I heard of the challenge through 100 Days of Real Food and love it. I’ve done it once before and when I did, I found I had a much easier time sticking with my healthy eating habits. I stopped for a while and found that so did a large chunk of my healthy eating habits. So as you csn imagine, I went back to another challenge and am very excited to kick-start a healthier lifestyle once again!

    I am a newbie to green smoothies. I was searching the internet to figure out ways to sneak some high iron greens into my 1 year olds diet. She LOVED veggies when she started eating while foods but has since decided she does not like any veggies. I have always snuck avacado into fruit smoothies for her but needed to up my game when we found out at her 1 year appointment that her hemoglobin level was low. At only 15 pounds, I needed a way to amp up her greens and healthy fats. Google brought me to the 30 day challenge and we are slowly learning what works and what doesn’t.
    Fingers crossed that these smoothies will help to boost my tiny toddlers iron and give her healthy weight gain.

    I work as a research coordinator with cancer patients. I had two patients diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. One patient did a lot of research about how to support himself nutritionally through his chemotherapy. He started using green smoothies every morning (along with many other changes to his diet). He has been doing SO well. The other patient has not been having such a great response to the treatment. It made me interested in looking into green smoothies. I used google to look for information about them & for recipes. I started reading. Your website seemed to have a lot of practical advice on how to get started. I especially liked the advice that helped me have success making up my own recipes (and using up what I had in my fridge).

    I am not sure how I heard about it but I remember feeling so excited taking a step towards getting healthier. I have been doing the challenge 2 years in a row now. These challenges are so good to get a detox before the festive season arrives. Being vegetarian I have very limited options of dieting when it comes to weight loss so Green smoothies have made me get closer to my health goals. As a college student it is really hard to afford a good blender to make all the different types of smoothies!

    I just Googled green smoothies and your website came up. I feel better that were getting some fruits and veggies in every day as well as being able to incorporate some things we wouldn’t normally eat (e.g. avocado). My husband says it keeps him full all morning v his usual bowl of cereal. I definitely feel like it gives me more energy in the morning.

    I heard about the green smoothie challenge on Instagram. It has helped so much in my change to a healthier lifestyle. Even my daughters (ages 11 & 5) love them. They are yummy and we love to try the different recipes. I also involved a couple of my co workers and we all do the challenges together. It has helped with my weight loss and to keep it off. With my busy schedule its nice to have these smoothies instead of fast food or junk food. I either have them for breakfast or dinner (after the gym).

    I found SGS through Instagram three years back. Since then, I’ve been juicing, cleansing, and eating clean because I’ve joined every one of the challenges. I’ve felt amazing since! I’ve maintained my weight, my skin glows, I have energy to last me through the day, and the list goes on. I’ve also joined the 21 day cleanse challenge yearly which I’m most grateful for because the recipes motivated me to cook, meal prep, and love my kitchen lol. Most importantly, the cleanse motivated me to become vegan. I’m so grateful for Jen and Jadah! Thank you so much for changing my life!

    1. I found you all over on Instagram and began following you. I heard about the 30-day challenge from you there and joined in. I love how simple and beautiful you keep it.

    2. I already feed my body well most of the time…my main health + wellness goal is simply to feel satiated and energized through my days…and to get my 9-year-old son there, too. We make the smoothies together in the morning and he is drinking down things he would not normally eat. I feel like I can give us both this powerhouse of health in the morning and then relax a little about the rest of the day…especially when it comes to him. I adore all of the variety because I definitely get in ruts with my smoothies and food…you have me trying and loving combinations I would never think of–hello, Sweet Dream Smoothie!! Fun side effect has been that my skin and eyes are absolutely glowing!

    This is my fourth of fifth 30 day challenge, and I love the recipes, how easy it is to follow, and it makes me more energetic to complete my day. I’ve been training for my first marathon, and I can tell when my body is craving the good food versus the junk.

    I heard about the challenge on Instagram. Having a green smoothie a day has increased my energy, helped me shed some unwanted lbs, but most importantly has influenced my food choices. After that filling cup of greens I’ve noticed myself making better food choices for me and my kids. No more fast food and quick chips and sweets!! I’ve also got my mother and sister on board!! We all love them!!

    Hello Green world!! I have loved the green smoothie way. I no longer stress about what to have for breakfast, or what to have when I am hungry. I have energy galore, don’t need nearly any coffee, and finally feel like I am getting enough fruits and veggies.

    I heard about you from a friend who RAWKED the smoothie challenge last year. Now she and I are RAWKING it together.
