    Heard about it from my sister in law! She sent an infographic about how to make smoothies into meal replacements. It’s helped me by giving me energy through healthy fats and veggies so that I don’t end up drained and looking to coffee/sugary drinks and snacks to keep me going.

    I stumbled across your website when I was looking for green smoothie recipes on Pinterest. Signed up for the challenge and it got me motivated to try and eat healthier. Fell off the wagon but I’m back and think the smoothies are a great way to start the day off right. I’m trying to eat more fruits and veggies and the smoothies are a great addition to a whole food lifestyle.

    -How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals? Just like the other Kate below, I got into green smoothies a while ago but need a little push to get back into it. I’d say I get back into it every other month. They are the push you need to “feel” healthy and like you’re stepping your game in the right direction. LOVE you guys and what you do.     I found about 30-day challenge online when searching about green smoothie. I was so happy when I found your website and signed up for the challenge right away. This is my first time trying green smoothies and I love it so far because it simple, fast and delicious.

    I am a group fitness instructor so I need something to help me get enough nutrition and also keep me energize when I am teaching. I found everything from green smoothies. Adding green smoothies into my meal plan helping me maintain the number of calories, protein, and fiber that I eat everyday.

    How did you hear about the 30 day Challenge? I heard about the challenge through simple green smoothies. I’m always on website reading about new challenges and new smoothie combinations.

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health goals? It has helped me to try new smoothies combinations that I would have never tried and taking me outside my comfort box of the normal combinations. It has gotten me to try things that I’ve never heard of or would ever picked up at the store. It has changed my taste buds for sure. It has giving me a healthier lifestyle.

    I have been a fan of Simple Green Smoothies for quite a while, and I have their smoothie cookbook…also I bought one for my daughter! I have a green smoothie almost every day – sometimes twice a day. I heard about the 30 day challenge on Facebook, and I am loving it because of the new recipes I get to try. Were it not for green smoothies, I would not be getting the healthy greens and fruits – especially berries – that I enjoy now. And, I definitely feel better and more energetic. I put fresh ginger in most of my smoothies, and I often add almond butter as well. Lately I’ve been adding good quality fish oil – you’d never know it’s there. Simple Green Smoothies is now a daily part of my life. I love it!

    A coworker told me about the 30 day challenge back in may and this is my second challenge! I love getting that boost of healthy energy everyday! And my 2 year old gets veggies in everyday!! What’s better than that?

    Recently dear a friend was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer, another with Cellulitis and another living with diabetes and six years ago, I had an ostomy reversal. I read about the 30-Day Challenge when I was searching the web for green smoothies recipes for inflammation.

    In 2015, I started my journey to add more vegetables and fruit to my eating plan. So I replaced one of my meals with a smoothie each day. I have a NutraBullet and I see the difference it has made in my life and digestive system. I struggle to remain consistant but I make it a point to include a smoothie in my eating plan. We are a group of 50+ women and I thought it would be a good challenge for us.

    I initially heard about the 30 day challenge from web surfing.

    I was 100 pounds overweight and the challenge has helped me pay more attention to what I am eating. I am losing weight, slowly, in the right way. And the upbeat emails give me gentle reminders and the motivation to stay on track.

    I heard about the 30 day challenge through instagram! I was going through the explore section and my attention was grabbed by a bright green smoothie, which I just had to click on. Now I drink green smoothies all the time! I just have a bullet blender, so it’s difficult to make enough for my boyfriend and I, so having a nice sized blender like this would be amazing. Regardless, these smoothies are exactly what my body craves first thing in the morning and helps me get through my workout, college classes, and serving shifts. My days might be long, but this initial healthy boost of energy gets me started on the right foot.
