    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge?
    Awhile ago I was looking into green smoothies and came across your website – it had such good information, I bought the e-book and signed up for the 30 day challenge.

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    They help me get the fruits & veggies I wouldn’t normally eat, stay full in-between meals & offer healthier ‘desserts’ than something like candy corn at this time of year 🙂

    I heard about the smoothie challenge on Instagram early in the year and have been enjoying them ever since. I love that the smoothies help me get in lots of fruits and veggies that I otherwise wouldn’t take the time or energy to pack into my day!

    I googled something about green smoothies, found your website and joined the challenge. I actually have had a green smoothie a day for nearly a year (started last Nov). I haven’t lost weight, but my health and energy has improved dramatically. The challenge is helping my kids get on board. I bought a personal blender so everyone can make their own smoothies. Gave them some of your recipes and the kids are enjoying making their creations every morning.

    I’m mexican but I will answer the questions anyway 🙂

    I stumbled upon SimpleGreenSmoothies once when I was just looking for vegetarian and yummy recipes, then I started browsing the website and really fell in love with it right away. Then I discovered the free 30 day challenge and totally wanted in.
    These two weeks I’ve been doing it with my boyfriend and so far we’ve liked it so much! We both workout together and try to keep a balanced and healthy life (though we love pizza and tacos and basically everything :p) But since we started having our green smoothie every morning our sugar and cookies cravings have lowered considerably. So that’s it! we definetely love it and we’ll keep on doing it even after the 30 days 🙂

    SGS is a great way to get me to eat more fruits and veggies. The book is fabulous so check it out. I don’t remember where I first heard about SGS but I’m glad I did!

    After I purchased my Vitamix, I looked around for websites with great smoothie recipes and found your site. Love the recipes and the 30-day challenge. Drinking green smoothies helps me get in the extra veggies I don’t always get with meals and helps me stick with my clean eating plan.

    I was searching for green smoothie recipes because I have a friend who loves making them and decided I should try giving them a shot.

    I now make green smoothies every morning and it has helped me to reach my micronutrient goals with minimal calories. I now feel more energetic throughout the day and have maintained a slow and steady weight loss consequently.

    1. I searched green smoothie recipes and found your website about a year and a half ago. You use some ingredients that I hadn’t used before (like chia seeds and hemp hearts).
    2. I struggle with having time to make a healthy breakfast or morning snack. I used to make 2 smoothie servings and keep the second one in the fridge. Now I make 4 and put 3 of them in the freezer. This reduces prep time and I have guaranteed 4 breakfasts so there is less stress in the mornings when I’m getting kids and myself ready to head out. I also add celery or cucumber to reduce the percentage of fruit.

    I have done the challenge before as well as the fresh start 21. It has helped me recommit to healthy eating and leaving the vegan junk food alone!
