    I heard about the 30 Day Challenge from email from Simple Green Smoothies. One green smoothie a day helps me maintain my goal weight after doing a 21 day juice feast and my morning green smoothie keeps away mid-morning hunger pangs, keeps my skin beautifully smooth and soft, and my hair has become thicker.

    I found the 30 day green smoothie challenge while searching for green smoothie recipes. The green smoothies really help me to eat a lot more (different!) veggies and fruit. And I enjoy making them; it gives me energy and really makes me happy!

    I heard about the thirty day challenge from a friend sharing information about it on Facebook.

    Green smoothies are helping me reach my goals because I am getting the proper nutrients my body needs instead of depriving myself and eating junky food! I noticed I am no longer over eating and I feel energized throughout the day!

    I can’t remember now where I heard about Simple Green Smoothies, but I’ve been participating in these challenges and drinking green for a few years now. I started with the Fresh Start 21. I suffer from migraines and I truly believe including green smoothies in my diet has helped control the frequency and severity. 🙂

    I came across this website at over a year ago when looking for green smoothie recipes for my kids and I. Right away I signed up for a challenge and I keep coming back for new recipes!

    My kids now make their own smoothies almost every morning. We love our smoothies and I love knowing that they are starting their day off with some healthy greens! I’ve even put carrots and other veggies in our smoothies.

    I struggle with my weight, I have adrenal insufficiency so a have very little energy, I’m busy and exhausted all the time so often skip meals. However, smoothies are great because they’re easy, quick and portable. When I’m consistent with a daily smoothie I feel better through out the day, not so sluggish, and my weight starts to drop. Sometimes I fall of the smoothie wagon but I’m grateful when I receive an email about another challenge starting! Thanks Rawkstar Team for the great recipes and encouragement!

    I heard about the 30-day green smoothie challenge from my friend, and I am so glad that I did. I’ve had a lot more energy since I’ve started the challenge, and I’m eating a lot of fruits and veggies that I normally don’t eat. I’ve totally converted to a green smoothie lover and will be drinking green well beyond this 30-day challenge.

    I found you in IG and I tell all my friends about you! Your recipes are always delicious! And my friend who wasn’t sure about greens in her smoothie loved them too! I love tht you include a grocery list (don’t waste and fruits/veggies) it makes it so much easier. I always feel better and am inspire to eat healthier when doing a challenge. Thanks!

    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge? I found you guys when I was looking for smoothie recipes (I had just got my first blender 🙂 )

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    I love fruits and veggies so I was not worried about that aspect but I do like to use smoothies for meal replacements sometimes..if I’m on the go or I don’t feel like eating a huge meal, I love having that option to put a bunch of yummy things in my blender and know that I am getting a burst of really great stuff in my body. They are also helpful with portion control.

    I learned about the 30 day challenge through an email that I received. Preparing and drinking at least one green shake a day ensures that I am getting my full daily amount of green veggies and fruits. They are delicious and fill me up (so I don’t eat too many less-healthy foods).

    I found out about the 30-Day Challenge a little over a year ago. I was looking to find some recipes to try green smoothies for the first time and simply googled “Green Smoothie Recipes”. You were one of the top results. I loved what I saw through your website and signed up for my first 30-Day Challenge! Since then, I have done multiple 30-Day Challenges, tried the Fresh Start 21 Cleanse and purchased your Simple Green Smoothies recipe book. I also love drinking my smoothies twice a day. I know I am getting great nutrients from these delicious and simple recipes. They are so easy to make and taste amazing!! I know I am getting a more fruits, veggies and other boosts from the additional options to add in that I wouldn’t be getting without drinking the smoothies. I’ve loved seeing results, feeling great and gives me that much more motivation to stay on track. I would love to win this blender so my smoothies can be smooth and creamy and less chunky!     I found the smoothie challenge on Facebook! I have been doing them for almost 2 years. So yummy! I have digestive issues, and my biggest struggle in life is to eat all of my veggies to get all the fiber I need. I have never ever ever ever liked vegetables until I started putting them into smoothies. Simple and easy to get fresh servings of veggies without feeling like I need to choke them down.
