    My doctor recently recommended me to SimpleGreenSmoothies.com and luckily for me, it was the week before the 30 Day Challenge kick-off. I was diagnosed last month with Binge Eating Disorder (BED) and can say that it’s been near a lifelong struggle. My hope is that these smoothies will change my life! My doctor told me that increasing my veggie intake will help to level out spikes in blood sugar and the fiber will keep my full long enough to ward off the next binge. Fingers crossed that this is the start of a new season of life for me! Prayers welcome 🙂

    I was introduced to the 30 day challenge through a friend close to two years ago. She mentioned how much she loved it and how easy she found the recipes. Plus they were delicious so I had to try it out for myself. I have been hooked ever since !

    These smoothies help me stay on track with my health goals by providing me with an easy way to plan out at least one meal of the day. They are filling and healthy for me. And for an added bonus I have started receiving compliments on my complexion!!

    I learned about Simple Green Smoothie on Pinterest. I started making the smoothies in September and am currently doing the 30 day challenge. I can definitely see a difference in my energy levels already and am hopeful the weight loss will follow.

    Found out about Simple Green smoothies through one of my best friends. She was coming over with these delicious smelling/tasting smoothies and I wanted details. She sent me the link to the challenge, and joined in the following day! Green smoothies are helping me get all the recommended veggies and nutrients in daily. They also make me feel so good and energized. I can really tell a difference from when I drink them consistently vs when I don’t drink them.

    Heard about this smoothie challenge after picking up your book and noticing the website listed inside. I immediately checked it out and signed up for the 30-day challenge! With having a 5 month old at home, I decided to prep the smoothies in advance and save them in the freezer in single serving size portions – it’s so convenient to pull a bag out the night before to defrost in the fridge to blend up once I’ve finished feeding my daughter. I had her in my arms the first few times I blended as the sound scared her but now she barely bats an eye when she hears the blender go. What a fantastic way to ensure I’m getting my share of fruit & veggies – thank you!

    I heard about the Green Smoothie Challenge from a notification email from you all. I had signed up about a year ago for your challenge but had never made the leap to try it for myself yet. Finances have been tight for various reasons and I wasn’t in a very stable place to recognize that this was a priority! This time around, I have noticed that it may require some extra planning but it is so worth it! Green smoothies have helped me have more energy to power through the day from work to volunteering. My stomach doesn’t feel as sluggish, my skin is brighter and my hair healthier. Most of all my mind feels so much better with all the nutrients rather than typical work junk food. Thank you for sharing your recipes and motivating and educating us!

    I learned about simple green smoothies and the 30-day challenge through a friend on facebook, she was doing it and incouraged her friends to do it also, so I came to your website, investigated a little and then I joined!

    I always had trouble losing weight and I tried a few things and figured maybe something easy and simple I could change about my daily life would help so I googled green smoothies and you popped up and I was so happy I did! The challenge made it even more fun to stick with as well!

    I ordered a green smoothy at a local coffee shop. I was SO full afterwards that I didn’t eat again until dinner. I started googling to find out more about smoothies and came across your challenge. I’m loving the fact that I know I’m getting the veg and fruit nutrients I need and filling up on healthy foods vs my usual morning routine of cereal….feels awesome! 🙂

    I heard about the green smoothie challenge from instagram. I clicked the hashtag and i was able to find a link that took me to there website. I was already drinking smoothies once a day then i had access to a ton of new recipes to make i was excited. Green smoothies have promoted me to having my daily fruits and veggies and also im more energetic and alert when i am drinking them

    I subscribed to simplegreensmoothies a while ago and now get the emails everytime there is an update about a challenge being offered!

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?

    I definitely can feel a difference in my energy levels when I drink green smoothies and I love that I can make them so quickly while incorporating a good quantity of the daily serving of fruits and veggies into my diet! Definitely a plus for reaching health and wellness goals of having more energy and consuming my fruits and veggies
