    I have received emails from simple green smoothies for over a year I believe, so it came in my email. I have been a fan of yours for ever and have had several of my friends sign up for your emails. The green smoothies give me so much energy and helps with my digestive system. My nieces are volleyball players in high school and they are also drinking the smoothies for when they don’t have time to eat a full meal. I haven’t lost weight but I do feel really good about myself and what I consume.

    I believe I heard about Simple Green Smoothies almost three years ago through 100 days of real food on facebook. I enjoy the smoothie challenges, they get me back on track with eating well and help me have more energy. Plus I feel good about myself when I start off my day well!

    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge? How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?

    I heard about the 30-Day Challenge while I was just searching around the internet for more smoothie recipes. I used to only drink green smoothies when I was feeling sick so they could kick me back up, that is, until I realized that if I just had them more often I could prevent becoming sick. Now I have them at least once a week and I feel pretty good. Green smoothies are full of nutrients and have definitely helped my overall health and wellness. The only thing that could ramp that up is having them more often, but with my current Magic Bullet blender…well it’s just not a fun process.

    I found simple green smoothies on Instagram when I was researching smoothies as a way to increase fruit/veggie intake for my patients (i am a pediatrician). I found so much great information there, I ended up buying the cookbook and I regularly enjoy green smoothies in my diet now.
    With a busy work and home life with two active boys these smoothies are lifesavers for keeping us on track! My patients have also had great success eating healthier with SGS!

    I’ve been drinking green smoothies for a while and joined the challenge when I saw it on Facebook to mix up my recipes a bit.
    I love getting servings of fruit and vegetables out of the way at the beginning of each day. I feel much better and more energetic following a green smoothie diet!

    I heard about the 30 day challenge by email. Green smoothies help me ge my daily dose of fruits and veggies and feel better. I have been drinking green smoothies at least once a day for about a year now and it has helped me loose the bloat in my belly, cut down on coffee and (bonus!!!)loose weight.

    – I wanted to make some changes in my life. I wanted to feel healthier. I searched thru many articles and webpages that made promises but their content wasn’t clear enough.     A google search of healthy shake recipes is how I came across this awesome website! Green smoothies have made a huge impact on my health and daily diet. I am now getting the daily amount of fruit and vegetables in my diet. I never imagined how much of an impact a green smoothie could make on my overall health when having one daily!

    I heard about your site from the 10 day green smoothie detox book. Once I found your site, I have been doing a green smoothie every morning since May, even when I went on vacation. I also purchased your book and some other products and am eating your recipies almost every day. I have lost 13 pounds but mostly I am sleeping better and feeling better. I have some issues with inflammation and auto immune disease, not to mention stress in general. My health and functioning have improved greatly. My dtr is drinking green smoothies as well too and sometimes my husband. I don’t think I could ever go back to eating processed food. The recipies are so tasty, I really don’t miss much.

I make the double recipe and drink one for breakfast and take the other to work for afternoon “slump” time. I have felt so much more energetic and less sluggish since beginning the challenge.     1) I came across Simple Green Smoothies as a “Suggested for You” post on Facebook and I am ever so glad that I clicked it!
    2) Being someone that does not like anything healthy, it was crucial for me to start incorporating a good balance of fruits and veggies into my diet. Having a green smoothie every day not only encourages me to avoid the wrong things to eat, it also helps me feel energized and refreshed and gives my body an overall “clean feel”.     Hi!

    I was emailed about the 30day challenge after signing up for your newsletter.

    Green smoothies help me get closer to my weight / health goals because, for my family, drinking our veggies is WAY easier Tham eating them! I also find that we consume more veggies when we drink them, making me feel too full to eat a meal afterwards #mealReplacement.

    The recipes you have online are also very kid friendly…even my EXTREMELY picky six year old drinks them without any issues. I especially love that I can have my kids make thier smoothies with me as we talk about how each ingredient supports a healthy body.

    1) I had been making my own smoothies for a while until I got tired of the same old recipes. I decided to look online and found you all! I purchased your smoothie book and was hooked. I started following your facebook page, which is where I found out about the 30-day challenge.

    2) If it weren’t for my morning green smoothies, I wouldn’t be getting nearly enough fruits and veggies in my system. The smoothies are essential for my goals of sleeping better and losing weight.

    I first heard about the 30-Challenge via Facebook. I have consuming a green smoothie everyday for breakfast for almost 8 months now and I have dropped 163#’s. I am no longer diabetic and my blood pressure is under control (med-free)! Going green and clean has worked for me!

    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge?
    It must have been almost 2 yrs ago, I was looking for green smoothies recipes and found your website in the process. It looked interesting so I signed up for the newsletter and started following you on Instagram. I then received info about the Challenge, bought more recipes and was very happy since to be a part of your great idea!
    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    I feel like green smoothies changed so much in my life! I’m more creative with food, eat more raw in general, mix and blend a lot more of leafy greens and eat more of those as a result. I was never very fond of fruit so this is a perfect way to eat them and in good company too!
    A (green) smoothie a day keeps a doctor away!!
