    I have been receiving your emails and following you via instagram and have done other green smoothie challenges run by you. I love having green smoothies daily and have noticed that my skin is clearier, more energy and more regular! 🙂 I usually swap 1 meal for a green smoothie…. helps keep me active especially with 2 active boys – one in high school and the other in primary school. Then we have after school activities, karate, plus my own workouts! I will never stop having my daily greens in smoothie form! Brilliant and greatful for doing another challenge! Thank you.

    I subscribe to the newsletter few months ago , I even bought the book and I most say am glad I did. Incorporating smoothies in my “diet” has really help me, my digestive system is happy as well, all this greens and good nutrients, all I can say is thank you. Have a wonderful green day !!!!

    I found the challenge online through Facebook a while back, and I participate in them very frequently. I transitioned to a plant-based diet over a year ago, and the green smoothie challenge gave me recipes and options for getting the most out of my vegetables.

    I have been receiving your emails and I found out about “you” through my friend Karen Russell who teaches an amazing class called “A Year in the Making”! She was the person God used to “spur me on” in really looking at the foods I was putting into my body. I would be SO SO SO EXCITED about winning the Kitchen Aid because I am a mom to three sons and I am a caregiver for my 77 year old Mom with Dementia. I have been sharing green smoothies with them too and it would be super exciting to watch the results impacting all of them. Green smoothies have been a component of an overall food change that I made this year and I feel stronger than I have in a long, long time! Yahoo!

    I Googled “green smoothie recipes” and came across the 30-day challenge.

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals? By sticking to the 30 day green smoothie diet plan, I’ve managed to lose over 10 lbs. in 21 days. I want to not only “lose weight” but always to look and feel more healthier. The 30 day green smoothie challenge holds me accountable and allows me to stick to pursuing my goal.

    I heard about simple green smoothies as I was looking in Instagram for inspiration!
    As for my health and wellness goals, I love having my smoothies as a mid-morning meal to stave off bad choices later on in the day. I find that getting the nutrition that I need earlier in the day prevents me from wanting that cookie or other sweet treat in the afternoon! Also I’m a kindergarten teacher, and green smoothies have given me the energy needed to keep up with 26 little ones!

    I was looking for some natural help, because I was having skin problems already for a long time, pharmaceuticals were not helping and I felt realy bad. I found that it´s good to drink one green smoothie a day to have enough vitamins and when I was looking for some recipes I found you page and could´t wait for starting. Beginning this month, my skin got even worse because of the autumnt weather but now it´s better than whole summer and I don´t need to use liniment thanks to you recipes and the vitamins in the smoothies. I hope that until Christmas my skin would be completaly alright.
    And one more point, I met almond milk and now I´m using it instead animal milk because is better consumable for me.
    Thank you for that!

    Instagram! I have been a smoothie lover for a while now but only got serious this fall when realizing the right ingredients can carry me better through to lunch. Less hangry! Thanks for all you do!

    I like your Facebook page and saw the smoothie challenge there and decided to try it! I have been 100%consistent but am trying! I have loved that my kids are enjoying the smoothies too! I have noticed that when I fill up on a smoothie I am less likely to crave my soda fix. Yeah!!

    Discovered the challenge after checking out your book, among many others on the topic, from the library. Your book is my absolute favorite guide for starting this healthy habit. I’ve always made an effort to live a healthy lifestyle but have never been successful with forcing myself to eat veggies on the daily….until now. Thanks for your support in making it happen!

    I’m pretty sure I first heard about through a blog, 100 Days of Real Food (?) and a while ago, at that!

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    It’s the best, and easiest, way to make sure I’m getting close to my daily intake of fruit and veggies. It’s a bonus that my youngest likes them, too.

    i was looking for a way to make my boys eat more greens , having a green smoothy wich cost us a fortune in a fancy place here in Zürich, Switzerland, i found the answer. quickly onto google back home and i found and love you at first site! that was over 2 Years ago!!!and yes were green addicts ! and its all your fault! almost daily enjoying your wonderful simple and delicious recipes. we love your challenges and THANK YOU so much for sharing all your tipps and stuff! keep up the great work guys you seriously Rock the world for us.

    I’ve been a subscriber for while, and I think I originally stumbled onto the website while looking for smoothie recipes. I’ve been able to stay with the smoothies everyday for breakfast for a few months now, and its been great. Really enjoy the boost it gives me to start my day, and the added fruits and veggies have helped with my waistline!

    I have followed you for at least a year and receive your newsletter in my email box, so that is how I found out about your 30 day challenge. I love all your recipes, and really look forward to each day with one of my smoothies. I drink a green smoothie to replace a meal, either lunch or dinner, always feeling satisfied and full.     How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    Ensures I get a daily dose of greens & low glycemic fruits. Makes the perfect meal when I get home from work later in evenings & don’t want to put heavy/unhealthy food in my body. Easy (& healthy!) breakfast on days when I’m rushed to get out the door.
