    Was looking for recipes on smoothies and found Simple green smoothies and fell in love. Smoothies have changed my life so much I have lost over 15 pounds, still have a way to go but I have the engery to keep moving. Thanks!!

    I found the challenge online while doing my initial search into green smoothies after getting a few from a local shop. My husband, 1 son (13yo) and I have been drinking them for 3 weeks now. Purchased your book on amazon. We are loving them! I am thrilled that we all are having some greens daily and feeling overall better. I have more energy. An area I have seen it most is on my morning run. I have been able to increase the distance which I have never been able to do. I intend to keep the smoothies as part of our daily routine!

    1. I receive regular emails from Simple Green Smoothies, and I was notified through email.

    I heard about the 30-Day challenge from emails I’ve been receiving from you. Green smoothies are helping me reach my health + wellness goals by making my green smoothie as a healthy lunch alternative. I wanted to make a good smoothie that was a good balance and I wasn’t sure of what combos would make a good choice. However, since you have so many different ones I not only have the recipe, but also the shopping list(Very Helpful) I was excited to start.

    Hello, I have been doing the green smoothies for 2 weeks now. I love smoothies to begin with! The recipes are amazing and help me stay on track! It has pushed me to eat clean 24/7 when I started was 261 LBS and today I sit at 254 LBS and thats with just changing how I eat and drinking my smoothies. I even have cheat days still. I feel alive, I have more energy. I’m not always tires anymore! I wake up at 6.50 am for work and I go to sleep at midnight and I have no problems waking up the next day! I actually just googled green smoothies and came across this website and I highly recommend it to EVERYONE!

    I’ve been doing the 30day challenges for about a year now, I follow in Instagram & FB. I also LOVE the cookbook!!! Drinking green smoothies every day helps me reaffirm my healthy commitments every morning and gets my kids drinking their veggies too!

    I heard about the 30 day challenge from a friend of mine on Facebook, told her I was always tired, no energy so she suggested the smoothie challenge.
    Since I’ve been having them, I’m sleeping better, my body doesn’t ache so much and I feel more like my myself then I have for ages, have even managed to sneak a few into my hubbies routine.

    Sharna Lassiter, my best friend is how I found out and of course I had read some things on facebook. Then I googled it for myself. I had been having digestive issues. The smoothies not curb my appetite, they help with digestion as well as give me the nutrients that I need. Because I am unable to work out due to a foot injury, I am still able to lose the weight in a healthy manner.

    I found Simple Green Smoothies and the 30 day challenge on Instagram almost a year ago. Green smoothies have helped me to get easy to digest fruits and vegetables into my diet in the early morning. I’ve struggled with digestive issues for a couple years, but the smoothies have helped immensely. Lots of vitamins and minerals in a glass and they’re so beautiful!

    I found out about the 30 day challenge just from browsing the website. I found the website from a basic google search of “green smoothies”.

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    I’ve been hooked on the green smoothies since day one! I’ve been working on eating cleaner (minimilly processed, no ingredients I can’t pronounce, gluten free, almost no meat and more veggies) while not cooking. I don’t like cooking and convenience is a priority in my eating habits. The green smoothies are easy to make, require no cooking, no preping, are portable and have minimal cleanup. The whole process is good for my mind (stress free meals), body(fruits and veggies for nutrients), and soul (I feel better because I know I am fueling and honoring my body with healthy and organic meals). I’ve noticed that I don’t have the cravings for mac and cheese and fast food like I did before. It’s almost like the green smoothies have transformed the way I see food…I get grossed out when I think about fried foods or heavily processed junk. It’s made it easier to avoid those unhealthy options when the desire is not as strong. Thanks for all your work and I’m totally hooked!

    I learned about Simple Green Smoothies by Google searching green smoothie recipes, and they had the best website by far! I joined the 30-day challenge and felt healthy and in control. Now that I’m pregnant, it helps to give me peace of mind that I am getting the right nutrients for baby. Thanks Simple Green Smoothies!

    An old friend from college posted a link to the green smoothie challenge on Facebook several months ago, asking if anyone wanted to do the challenge with her. I did, and have kept it up since! Sooo many benefits–I sleep better, am less bloated and have way more energy. (Haven’t been able to kick the coffee yet tho–I’m an addict!!)

    Hello! I’m Tiffany and have been following Simple Green Smoothies for awhile now. This is the first time that I am completing the 30-day challenge though. I have your book and completed the 10 day green smoothie kick start and loved it.
    Getting my greens in first thing in the morning and posting my smoothie on Instagram has become habit!

    I have been a green smoothie girl for quite a while now! I think I was searching for green smoothies at the beginning, and came across this one. And I’ve been hooked ever since. I purchased the recipe cards – and they have really come in handy! And of course, once I became a rawkstar, I read about the 30-day challenge… And these smoothies have really helped me get my vegetables and fruits every day! It’s so easy!     I also want to say that I’ve been getting healthier and healthier. Much of the pain from inflammation is gone, and I’ve lost about 16 pounds. Lighter, happier, healthier!
