    I learned about the green smoothie from my BFF. I lost 20 lbs., after I had my son I found it hard to shake the extra baby weight. (My sister said “only 10lbs was baby and I just kept eating”.) I feel energized my skin looks better and I have enough energy to chase after my 1year old. Thank you for these tasty life changing shake recipes.

    I heard about y’all from a friend who keeps your book on her kitchen counter! My husband & I started our 1green smoothie a day lifestyle a couple of months ago… which is also when we became new business owners! The October 30 day challenge came at the perfect time to keep us motivated! The green smoothies are helping us feel “all over” better, and they help us make healthier decisions throughout the day.     Question # 1
    I’m on my 3rd round of the green smoothie challenge. I learned about the challenge surfing the net for smoothie recipes and came upon your site. I have been a green smoothie drinker for many years but the challenge reignited my healthy smoothie making.

    Question 2
    I have been doing the smoothies during the challenges and incorporating healthy veggie meals along with them. I reconnected with my trainer and have been working out 3 days per week. I have been a runner and now a run/ walker and did the Little Rock Marathon and will be doing the Space coast half marathon in November. I am working on weight loss and being more fit. Next years goal is a sprint triathlon. At 65, I’m a little worried about falling off my bike but hey, I’m willing to give it a try.
    Green smoothies are part of my daily workout pre or post workout. Yay green smoothies!!!!

    I was looking for new recipes and found the green smoothie challenge. When I’m struggling to incorporate veggies into other meals I can feel good knowing that I had some in my smoothies which are quick and ready to go in the mornings.

    I learned about the challenge through an email update since I have participated in the challenges before. My hope is to refocus myself on my goal of getting more greens in each day. My favorites are spinach and chard. Since I am still breastfeeding my 6-month-old girl, I want to make sure my milk supply is as packed with nutrients as possible.

    I heard about the 30 day challenge from an internet search a couple years ago. I’ve been j7mping in every time you do a challenge and always love it.
    This time around I’m trying to “get rid of the babyfat” from my 2yo. LOL also I’m type 1 diabetic and have been having a hard time getting good control and I know when I keep up with my green smoothies it’s always easier to get that done. Thanks for doing these.

    I came across simple green smoothies while searching for green smoothie recipes. Complete awesomeness. These smoothies definitely help me incorporate more veggies and fruits into my daily meal plan. Also helps with my cravings for something sweet. I have even included my family. Very skeptical but they came around with some of the smoothies LØL Thank you for the great recipe ideas it’s been very tasty.

    I found out about the 30-day challenge from 100 Days of Real Food! The smoothies are helping satisfy that need for a sweet drink in the morning (usually I’d have a LARGE sweet tea), plus increase my veggie and fruit intake. Bonus…my three year old loves them!

    I discovered the 30-Day Challenge through extensive researching on google on ways to live a healthier lifestyle. Your website popped up, I read through it and made a smoothie the very next day, I was hooked!

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    I began my Rawkstar journey 15 months ago before starting nursing school. I had heard all these things about how nursing students gain quite a bit of weight during school due to the stress, sedentary lifestyle and junk food binges as quick meals. I refused to be that person, so I researched through google trying to find a quick and inexpensive way to incorporate at least one healthy habit in my life during school and that is when I found your smoothies! I began my smoothie journey and still continue it throughout nursing school, one smoothie for breakfast every morning and sometimes a second one has an afternoon pick me up. Unfortunately I haven’t been exercising throughout school, and my meals sometimes are less than desirable, but I continue to drink my smoothies everyday! Needless to say, I graduate in two months and I have not gained one pound since i have started school! Not only did I not gain any weight, I lost 4lbs! These smoothies also give me the energy I need to study throughout the day! I am very thankful to you guys for helping me stay healthy through one of the hardest journeys I have taken in my life. Being healthy and going through nursing school is nearly impossible, but you guys helped me to achieve it!! THANK YOU!

    Hi! I found out about the 30 Day Challenge when I decided to make a change in my family’s eating habits and am so grateful for your website and Simple Green Smoothie book! Green smoothies are changing my life by leaps and bounds! I don’t crave so many bad foods, I’m paying attention to labels and not purchasing so many processed foods anymore. My family of course is reluctant but I’m not giving up for myself and for them.

    Iam Dee, I received an email about the 30 day Challenge. Iam looking forward to learn more great recipes to help reduce my weight. I try to drink smoothly at least once a day or more. They are great and they help me feel like I have more energy, I started back exercising again.

    I don’t remember the first place I heard about simple green smoothies, but it was probably Facebook. It was over a year ago, and I have been blending up a green smoothie for breakfast almost every day since I did my first challenge in October of last year.
    Green Smoothies help me start my day off on the right foot, making a healthy choice for my body. I feel good knowing I am starting with a healthy serving of fruit and veggies, and I have started adding protein either in the form of pea protein powder, nut, seeds or tofu when I need it to stick with me through a workout or a long morning at work.
    I have also noticed a difference in my immune system and how quickly I can fight off a cold or recover from something nastier.

    Thanks for being such an inspiration to me to keep blending and living the rawkstar life!

    I signed up for the 30-day challenge about 2 years ago when I was trying be healthier and lose weight after I had my daughter. I heard about the challenge through one of my good friends who had previously signed up for the challenge and loved it. After trying the challenge myself I fell in love too. The green smoothies gave me the energy I needed in the mornings as I was getting up at 5 am to workout to try and lose the baby weight. They kept me full until lunch and then I even occasionally enjoyed them as a snack in the late afternoon so I didn’t snack on junk before dinner. The exercise and green smoothies helped me lose my last 20 pounds of baby weight and then some. After just having twins in April I’m in the same routine again trying to lose the baby weight and the first thing I went to were my green smoothies! I can’t get enough of the recipes and they help me to stay on track with the rest of my healthy eating habits throughout the day!

    I heard about the challenge from my midwife. And the green smoothies are helping me keep a healthy and balanced diet while pregnant. I’m getting in a lot more veggies than I would otherwise. I’m excited to keep drinking these smoothies even after the pregnancy and a bonus the hubs and two toddlers love to drink them too! Thanks!
