    I read about simple green smoothies on Facebook and received an email also. I love that you give a shopping list and the recipes are awesome!! I struggle with low iron at times and consuming spinach in such an awesome delicious way, has really helped my iron count!!

    I heard about the green smoothie challenge through Pinterest! I am so glad that I came across it because I have LOVED the recipes! I had my first child in May this year and I recently said that I wanted to get back into my pre-pregnancy weight/health. Every morning I have my smoothie for breakfast and I can notice how much better I feel and look now compared to before I started the challenge. I’m also breastfeeding so these smoothies are a great way to get all the nutrition I need to be able to feed my daughter. So happy I started the 30 day challenge!

    I came across you while browsing the internet. I was searching for new smoothies to try. With green smoothies you get great benefits from your veggies and fruits to get your health in check and keep it there.

    I searched for green smoothie recipes on facebook and found the challenge. It’s helping me stick with my goals by getting in more fruits and vegetables than I normally would and keeps me away from other ‘sweets’

    I first saw the Simple Green Smoothies on facebook. I love it so much! I even get my kids helping me with the shopping list to the blender and then we all enjoy our green smoothies! It is a great way to stay health as a family and it gives us family time together too. Green smoothies have help our family in many ways and we love getting the emails with new recipes and the shopping list. <3 Super yummy and great times making healthy smoothies.

    I think I heard through Facebook. The best part is the shopping lists. It makes life easy. Plus they are so delicious that my 10 year old doesn’t know he is eating so many veggies!!

    I heard about the green smoothies through my friend, Jada. After I started doing them, I found even more of my friends do them! I do them to get the nutrients from the veggies that I don’t eat otherwise. They are delicious and very nutritious. Being that I am a cancer survivor, it is important to my health that I eat properly.

    I stumbled on the Green smoothie as I was looking for a way to incorporate more veggies and fruits for myself and husband. When I Google you guys came up. You all were fun and exciting and had some amazing receipes. They are helping reaching our goal, by getting all the fruits and vegetables we need that otherwise wouldn’t eat. It’s perfect because we are a busy family so we are able to blend it up and take it on the go with us. We use it as breakfast or for a snack. The kids enjoy them and it’s pretty quick and easy. Thankful that I stumbled onto you all.

    I first heard of sgs on Instagram, I think…was the first 30 smoothie challenge of 2016.
    I started up loosely following the first cleanse (I was still breastfeeding) and that kick started my healthier course. To date I have lost 10+ pounds, and am keeping a mostly plant based diet, and started a heathier options food blog!

    As I was getting into the green smoothie world, I went on a search for green smoothie recipes. Your website was a part of the search results. Once I clicked on your website, I basically went all up and through your site. That’s where I saw that you did 30 day challenges and I felt this would be awesome for me to do.
    Green smoothies are vital to my mental health. I deal with depression and anxiety and I must be conscious of making sure that I’m eating and drinking whole foods. Green smoothies are quick and easy to make and I’m getting a few servings of fruits and vegetables. I also like doing the challenges because it is away to learn the many ways you can make green smoothies with different recipes.

    I was at a really low place in my life when I found you guys. 100 plus pounds over weight, depressed, plagued with chronic migraine headaches and at a loss. I slowly started switching out meals with your simple green smoothies. I had googled “green smoothies”, since I had some produce on my counter I wanted to use up. My crappy blender did a less than stellar job on attempting to make a smoothie, but I stuck with it. I am happy to say I am a 110 lbs less of my old self, migraine free for 650+days, and now training for a 10k next year. Keep up what you do. Thanks. It changes lives. It gave me mine back, and I am forever indebted to you both. Love you guys!

    I had heard about the 30-day challenge through Facebook! I am definitely interested in healthier living, and generally need to find ways to eat more healthy calories rather than less. Green smoothies are just the ticket to accomplishing that goal! But it sure would be easier with a better blender. 🙂

    My sister showed me simplegreensmoothies on Instagram and also mentioned that 30-day green smoothie challenges were done often. I wanted to try it out myself so I finally decided to try the 30-day green smoothie challenge in July! I instantly got hooked!

    This challenge has helped me change my diet to a much healthier level. I replace a smoothie with either breakfast or lunch every day and it has kept my hunger satisfied until the next meal. It gives me my serving of fruits and veggies, which I was never really a fan of greens. But now I love greens! It has helped me feel more energized and gives me the nutrients that I need. It has also helped my skin feel and look a lot better and has helped contribute to my weight loss as well. I’m never giving these smoothies up!
