    How did you hear about the 30-Day Challenge?
    I searched for green smoothies on google and came across your site! I saw you had a challenge going and signed up 🙂

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    Using a smoothie a day as a meal replacement really helps supplement my run plan to slim down and become a stronger runner. I love using healthy fats like chia seeds and butters to fill you up and get necessary nutrients in the body!

    I heard about the challenge via the website when searching for juice recipes. I’m hopeful that it will help me lose weight by getting much needed (and lacking) nutrients into my diet as well as replacing some of my less healthy meals as a result of being more mindful of what i’m shoving into my mouth. I find that these types of good habits and considerate choices snowball into the rest of my day.

    I was googling for green smoothie recipes when I came across your site. I bought the book and love trying the recipes you send out. I am trying new flavours all the time, so drinking a green smoothie seems like an adventure. I am eating better and having loads of energy. I take my smoothie when I walk my dog on the weekends and grab it as an evening snack before I go for a long walk with my dog. I hope to one day replace a meal with the smoothie. All in all, I am having a blast drinking healthy.

    I believe this is my 6th challenge for green smoothies, which is now a daily habit. On days when i do not make a smoothie I can really feel it. My body and brain is sluggish. Last year I realized that during the challenge in the fall/winter I was not getting sick like I usually do. I have been trying to put ginger in my smoothies to try and boost my immune system and it has worked.

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies from my good friend Google! I watched the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead on Netflix and decided that I wanted to give juicing/green smoothies a try. After a couple google searches…Simple Green Smoothies popped right up!
    Green smoothies are helping me reach my wellness goals because they are nutrient-packed and relatively easy to make.

    I first learned about your website from searching for smoothie recipes to enchance my meal planning from online resources. All of your recipes are so inviting that I asked for your green smoothie book for Christmas! I received it and have enjoyed all of the tips and information I didn’t previously about about smoothie preparation. Our family loves kitchenaid products and would love to make this part of our kitchen remodel as well as encourage the use of natural ingredients for a healthier lifestyle.

    I heard about the 30 day challenge online. I was googling to find healthy green smoothies to lose weight. I was scrolling through what the search brought up and I clicked on the link that brought me to this site I liked what I read so I signed up. Next thing you know I’m shopping getting ingredients to prep my smoothies for the week. I love how they help me get my veggies and fruit in for the day. They have helped reduce my hunger for junk food, which is what I was looking for to eat healthy and show my daughter I’ll eat healthy for her. Has also given me more energy to keep up with my workout routine. My 1 year old daughter loves helping me prep the smoothies and put all the veggies and fruit into the mason jars to freeze. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

    I found out about the 30-Day Challenge when I was googling juice challenges. When wanting to try something new I love doing challenges to keep myself on track because I know I am not the only one doing it. Drinking green smoothies is helping me clean out my diet and “detoxing” 🙂

    I found the chalenge looking for recipes. Now both my husband and I start our day with a green smoothie every morning.
    I find it helps with sugar and carbs cravings, heps me not filling on junk ad keeps me well nourished.

    1.) Originally saw on Facebook and I liked the concept and what appeared to be the ease to help me modify my diet now that I am in my 50’s and due to family history showing signs of borderline diabetes.

    2.) They are helping me modify my eating habits and with my cravings also making sure I get a better steady supply of my vitamins and nutrition without it becoming boring. While the “base” recipe is good the suggestions online and in the book help me keep it fun and different
