    I first heard about green smoothies challenge on Facebook, as far as my journey with green smoothies, it’s gotten me to try different types of food, lost weight, and generally feeling better… Even using quinoa now…

    I found your website and saw a green smoothie recipe I thought i would like so tried it and i am now hocked.
    The smoothies help me get my fruit and veggies in. Also since starting i feel I have more energy.

    A friend of mine told me about Simple Green Smoothies about a year and a half ago. My first smoothie I made was “Beginners Luck”. once I tasted it, I was hood on the green smoothie movement. I love all the recopies! My husband and my mom stared drinking them as well. We have one everyday for breakfast!! The smoothies have indeed made me gain energy, and eat better. I noticed that if I have a smoothie in the morning, then the rest of the day tends to be more healthy, then when i don’t drink a smoothie. I defiantly make healthier choices. I have also dropped about 20 lbs. since starting on the simple green movement. The smoothies combined with healthier meals and exercise have all been key in my weight loss! I also have endometrial cancer, and i must say, i have felt better all together, since adding the smoothies in my daily diet!

    I heard about the 30-day challenge on Instagram. I’ve done it before and couldn’t stop after 30 days! Green smoothies are vital to maintaining my healthy routine. If I start my day out with a smoothie, I am instantly motivated to stay on the right track!

    2 years ago I was searching for recipes when i found you.Since then I have participated and finished one 30 day challange. but since i have known you i try to make green smoothie every week.When i was drinking regurally, I ‘ ve lost some kilograms, and i felt so energiezed. And to tell the truth i dont eat many vegetables or fruits, but when i have a green smoothie a day its also solved 🙂 and i got the book now, its my most often used cookbook 🙂

    I found an advertisement in a “Prevention” magazine last year about green smoothies. It sounded interesting. I put a note about it on my phone so I could learn more when I had time. But life went on and I forgot about it. Over the summer our family moved from the west coast to the east coast. I was feeling drained and overwhelmed. While going through old information on my phone, I found my note about green smoothies. I decided now was the time. I logged on and saw a post about the 30 day challenge. So I signed up. And the green smoothies are really working out great. I have one each afternoon when I am getting hungry, about 3:00. It fills me up and boosts my energy. I’m in for the long haul!

    I found green smoothies a few years back when I was researching ways to get more greens in my diet. As a busy mom of 3 ( 2 preschoolers and newborn) I find they give me the energy I need and health way to snack

    I heard about the green smoothies challenge through a post on my Facebook feed. I’ve just recently entered into the world of green smoothies, and so far I really love how easy they are and how now my tastes have changed so I can cook other vegetables and foods that I used to hate.

    I stumbled across your page on facebook about 3 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. Since then I’ve participated in numerous 30 day challenges and several live cleanses. Since introducing green smoothies I’ve made some changes in my diet and have been eating less meat and eating more veggies and fruits. The green smoothies are great for breakfast as I’m not a morning person and would usually skip this meal. Whipping up a smoothie is so quick and easy now plus gotta love the energy boost in the morning. Thank you for getting me on this path!!!

    I’ve been doing the challenge off and on now for quite a while – first heard about it through a friend on Facebook! I love the fact that it stops me from skipping breakfast and to know that I’m also getting in fruits and veggies – something I struggle with!     Recently I decided to join the air force, and in order to do so, I needed to lose some weight. My best friends mom is a fitness guru so I decided to join her October fitness group. In doing so I also signed myself up for the 30 day green smoothie challenge. I love the way the green smoothies make me feel, they also give me a a great deal of energy in the morning before my workouts. I’m currently down 10 LBS only 20 to go before bootcamp!

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies from Pinterest, and I love how it fits well with my regular diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) and gives me more grain free breakfast options and helps me get in all of my fruit and veggie options and lost a little weight!

    I heard about the 30 Day Challenge via the blog 100DaysRealFood, which I follow. My daily green smoothie has helped me change up eating habits. I now drink my Green Smoothie for breakfast, and save my coffee until mid-morning. I end up eating less during the day, and love that I get my greens early and on an empty stomach.
