    I heard about the challenge on Instagram. Since drinking green smoothies I have more engergu, my skin is better and overall my tummy it happier.

    I’ve your simple green smoothies Facebook page linked to my facebook so the challenge came up on my page. I thought as I’m already into this it should be easy and fun.
    At 55 I was looking for a great tasting, positive and easy way to stay healthy and keep my bodies system in balance. These smoothies are just the ticket, and you can put the greens and veg in that you’d normally walk past, they taste great you can invent your own and you can honestly feel the difference in energy and well-being.

    I heard about the 30 day challenge from an email. I have been using these recipes as a way of keeping healthy overall. It works well to keep my family up to stay healthy in their eating habits!

    I was introduced to the idea by my favorite fighter, Rich Franklin’s Facebook. When I searched for more info I found a pod cast on juicing radio featuring simple green smoothies. I started the next day and I was hooked. I used the basic recipes from simplegreensmoothies.com yo get by until the 30 day challenge started. The dog(Daisy my westie) and I are healthier and happier. My morning routine now includes a smoothie. 1 or 2 meals every day have been replaced by greens and fruit. I haven’t been sick and my body is changing for the better. Thank you

    Mark and I learned about Simple Green Smoothies (SGS) from an email from a colleague. SGS is amazing!     I first came across the green smoothie challenge on Pinterest. I had one recipe and then I did a little research and found the green smoothie challenges. I’ve been doing them for quite sometime now. I’m at a stand still in my weight loss at the moment but I just feel better when I drink the smoothies so I just continue to do so. It’s so easy to get so much needed goodness in one smoothie. An they taste delicious too. I notice if I don’t drink them I don’t tend to eat fruits that often so this is a quick and easy way.

    I heard about the challenge from a friend. I love me some green goodness! It is a wonderful healthy “snack” to keep me from going after chips or candy. I have less heartburn/acid when I am eating healthy foods!

    I’ve been following you all for awhile now, but I think I first heard of simple green smoothies on Facebook. The green smoothies assure that I will get all of my daily vegetables in my diet. Starting the day with a green smoothie makes me want to eat healthy for the rest of the day!

    About a year ago I accidentally stumbled upon your website and was immediately captivated. The photos were (and still are!) gorgeous and above all, you made smoothies *so simple*!! My relationship with kale and green smoothies in general had failed before due to the “all but the kitchen sink” syndrome, and many other smoothie books have such long complicated recipes. Not yours – I love(d) it!
    You introduced me to chia seeds and hemp hearts, almond butter and made me try to make my own almond milk. A new world opened to me! I was so happy when my sister bought your book for me.
    I can honestly not go a day without a green smoothie now, it’s impossible. (I’m having one while I’m typing :)) I just felt that energy boost! When traveling in Europe this summer visiting friends I carried a small blender with me just as you suggested. I would have never thought of that!
    I love the encouragement we receive with every single one of your emails and posts but even without them, you got me totally hooked already last year when I did my first challenge. 🙂 Thank you! Mahalo!!
