    I heard about the green smoothie challenges while I was searching for weight loss green smoothie recipes. I love green smoothies. I feel and look healthier, it has also given me energy while preparing for my tournaments.

    I found your site late one day looking up green drink recipe. I done the 30 days challenge twice. When I got sick back in May 2016 with digestive issues.     I think I heard about the challenge on instagram…..the challenge helps me get in those extra fruits and veggies and not just have a sugary cereal or coffee for breakfast!

    I don’t remember how I was introduced to Simple Green Smoothies…I remember thinking they would help me to get more greens/veggies into my diet changes. The challenges are so motivating for me. The results are feeling much better mentally and physically. My daughter even tried them after awhile – we both enjoy the flavors and feeling good!

    The green smoothie challenged has changed my life because it has made me look forward to eating my veggies. I feel more energized, sleep better, and am just happier. My patients at work have commented on the glow I have and the new pep in my step. I have also been able to increase the veggies and fruits my 13 year old eats. It has become a family affair!

    I ordered the book and have been receiving emails so I decided to join the 30 day Challenge . I know that the green smoothies are good for me because I feel better when I’m drinking them. My doctor even took me off some of my meds ( I know thats its due to my drinking the smoothies and exercising). She just said keep doing what you are doing.

    I found you maybe about two years ago after I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and was trying to find alternate food choices that did not bring havoc to my digestive system. I loved the variety of flavor profiles in the recipes that kept me from falling in a bland, mushed food rut! Frequently visiting the site and through your emails I found the 30 day challenge which has helped to remind me to get my greens in since they had started to become a no-no food for me. It has also allowed me to get those crucial nutrients to help keep the disease at bay. Thank you!

    I heard about the challenge on Facebook. Being a part of the challenge has given me something to do with all that spinach growing in my garden! I have also gotten my 3 young sons to join with me and we are all LOVING the recipes and feeling so much better. Not that they needed more energy, but I sure did to keep up with them!

    Read about the 30 day Challenge from Pinterest. I travel a lot and most of my job revolves around entertaining clients with sadly alcohol at almost every lunch . I knew I needed to change my lifestyle and started taking a green smoothy with me to lunch, and when not practice I had sparking water with lime in it . I told clients I was on detox diet and then started to eat healthier at lunch and amazingly most clients asked to try my smoothy when I did bring it to the waiters surprise if I brought it with me, lol and this got us into different conversations at the lunch table . Some of them too are doing it now and telling me if their progress. Green smoothies and juices help me feel better, sleep better, and keep my weight under control. In doing this challenge has allowed me to experience so many varieties to my usual morning green smoothy that I usually made, and I have since ordered the simple green smoothy book (Fantastic) for mor variety

    I heard about the challenge on Facebook. I love green smoothies, I have NF1 or neurofibromatosis and I feel like all the goodness from the fruits and veggies help me to feel better and I swear some of my tumors are shrinking.

    I heard about the Green Smoothie Challenge on Facebook. I love green smoothies! They give me tons of energy. I have a secret ingredient “greens” that I add to boost the nutritional value! They really helped me transition off caffeine and dairy! They also help me to get in some extra fruit and veggies.

    I heard about green smoothie challlenge when searching Facebook for smoothie ideas. I have a smoothie every morning – they are a quick and easy way to get in lots of good nutrients. At age 28 I had gone through early menopause and had to change my diet. Smoothies instantly became my morning meal!
