    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?
    I love how drinking green smoothies helps balance me out in many ways (sugar levels are healthy and lots of fiber) and feel like I’m doing better for my body and health giving me a nice morning boost.

    I heard about SGS using an online search for smoothies recipes many months ago and have been a subscriber since. Green smoothies help me achieve health and wellness but having a means to quickly and efficiently combine fruits and veggies into a delicious breakfast to start my day. These sneaky nutrients help fuel me as my days tend to be hectic.

    I found out about the 30-Day Challenge while i was surfing the net and looking for healthy and delicious ways to eat clean.

    Green smoothies are helping me reach my health and wellness goals by ensuring that i never skip breakfast (easy to make or can make the night before), eat enough vegetables, maintain my weight as well as providing me with plenty of nutrients to cleanse and boost my system from the inside out.

    When I finally realized that my lifestyle was not healthy, I began to look for resources to help me better my decisions so I guess you could say the internet helped me fid this challenge. I found that smoothies were a great way to include many nutrients that we need. Green smoothies have helped me physically and emotionally. A quick smoothie in the morning makes me more alert and I have seen a vast improvement in my digestive system. With time being so scarce and precious, green smoothies have allowed me to gain the nutrients and fiber I need to start my day.

    I was introduced to the Simple Green Smoothies 30 Day Challenge by a friend that had began living a healthier lifestyle and had become a healthy living cheerleader, advocate and educator after her brother passed away from cancer at a very young age. Since being introduced to green smoothies I am consuming fruits and veggies on a regular basis (which I had not been doing before), I feel better and sleep better, I have more energy, I make better food choices, I’m exercising more and I’m thrilled to share that I’m shrinking…I have loss 25 pounds (and counting). I have become a green smoothie addict, advocate, educator and cheerleader and I’ve introduced green smoothies to my family and friends. Green smoothies have completely transformed my health and wellness goals and my life and I’m so thankful for it!

    I am so happy to have found your site. I have never been a veggie eater so I introduce Kale smoothies into my diet. It was getting a bit Ho-Hum then your site and your Challenge opened up a whole new world.     I first heard of the SGS 30-Day Challenge in 2014 while searching for ways to enjoy eating healthier. Your photos and commitment to spreading the word captured my attention and I jumped right into my first challenge!

    Green smoothies are now my daily treat! It starts the day off good and right and keeps me healthy during the day because I don’t “need” all that junk anymore. As a result, I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’ve learned to be more mindful of what I’m eating overall. Work is stressful, but SGS keeps me sane. =)

    I saw a link on Facebook and decided that I should try the 30 day challenge. I have lost weight, and feel full of energy, and no longer have cravings for sweet things! I look forward to the trying new recipes, and to my smoothie every morning

    I was introduced to simple green smoothies challenge by a friend of mine. She started to look more radiant and healthier after she did the 30 days challenge, which made me interested to try it myself.

    I found the 30 day challenge when I was researching quick and easy healthy meals and smoothies. The green smoothies have been beneficial to me in numerous ways. The greatest is that it helps me to obtain a great portion of my vegetables in a quick, easy, and tasty way. Secondly, green smoothies have made it convenient for me to eat more raw vegetables, which have increase my energy level. Eating raw vegetables have always been a challenge to me because they are often hard for me to chew. Having my raw vegetables in green smoothie form eliminates that problem Thirdly, green smoothies have helped boost my immune system, keep me full longer, and my digestive system and bowel movements working smoothly.

    First of all, hello Jen & Jadah. One of my favorite things about Simple Green Smoothies is how REAL you ladies are. I stumbled on Simple Green Smoothies way back in 2012 or 2013,I’m really not sure, on Pinterest doing a search for drinks and smoothies. I followed your pins and anything else that mentioned smoothies with or without veggies. I finally tried a mango-pineapple green smoothie. That led me to sign up for my first challenge. It was May. I had an old blender at the time and it quickly died. I’ve gone through 4 blenders, have done 3 different challenges, and have lost 30 pounds. My type 2 diabetes has been under control since I introduced your challenges into me and my families diet. I can’t always follow the recipes but I’m not afraid to use whatever i have on hand. Your book taught me that. I refer to it often. Thank you for your dedication.

    Through this website while I was looking for smoothie recipes.

    How are green smoothies helping you reach your health + wellness goals?

    I am using them as part of my “Eat Better-Move More-Get Healthy” Life Plan to lose weight, get fit, and get healthy. I find myself wanting smoothies far more often than ice-cream now. They give me the nutrients I need, the vitamins and iron and calcium I’ve been so depleted on through chronic illness and being unable to eat right for the last two years. I have a long way to go. (235 pounds) I know I can get there with the right tools, which this blender would help with.

    I saw a posting on my facebook timeline.

    I am a vegan almost four years now, but had a ‘reoffending’ in between. The challenge helped me to get the control over my body and mind back. Getting the sugar levels down helps so much, I wish everybody knew. The recipes are so good-you can even convince new bees easily

    I have heard of Green Smoothie challenge in one of the newsletter that I receive from you. I love all the different recipes and I make a challenge to make my son to like them so I get creative!
    I have finally an exciting start to my day! (I never used to have breakfast!), my skin is looking more and more beautiful and bouncy! and I haven’t had a cold in 10 months! Hurray to Green Smoothie! I love your posts!

    Hello girls
    I dound this incredible website by searching for solutions to my hormonal acne which i have been struggling with for years
    I got the belief that wake up every morning and make a good smoothie as it described in your recipes will help me physically and mentally because i was about getting depressed from all the stress and the staring eyes
    So I gave it a shot and now i cant skip that part of my day-green smoothie
    How does it help me?
    It has changed my entire life
    My skin is so much better,my body feels clean from the inside ,i have alot more energy through out the day and it sort of helps with my iron deficiency
    I am less stressful because you made me believe that i can fight acne my trying and stick to a good healthy routine
