    I first saw SGS in a Facebook ad I think. I looked through the site and saw a challenge coming up! I was already drinking smoothies, but it was the same boring ones everyday. I love all the recipes and ideas they give us! I use smoothies to replace my breakfasts most days and as a snack option. Drinking smoothies is definitely easier on my digestion than eating the whole fruit all the time. Plus it makes getting my greens in so much easier! I’ve been on my weight loss and health journey for a while now and drinking smoothies really help me get my nutrients in every day.

    The link was sent to me by a dear friend to help me incorporate more veggies at every meal. Since starting the 30 day challenge, I have more energy and less water retention & inflamation in my joints. The changes has been incredible. I am now a green smoothie believer.

    I heard about the smoothie challenge a couple years ago as I was trying to find easy ways to be healthier. I signed up and now I get to join every quarter!

    I found the challenge when searching green smoothie recipes on pinterest and now I follow simple green smoothies on Instagram.

    I am a busy teacher and it was hard finding time to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. Now, I prep my green smoothies at the start of the week and I can just grab my healthy “fast food” and take it on the go. I love the energy I have in the mornings now!

    I heard about green smoothie some years ago from instagram. A girl I followed posted her smoothies and hashtagged the Smoothie challenge so I did a search and found you and I’ve been a fan ever since. The challenge has helped me lose and actually maintain my weight. Also helped me create healthy eating habits at other times as well

    Hii! I found simple green smoothies while searching for green smoothie recipes on google and when I clicked on your website, I came across with the 30 days smoothie challenge.
    I really like the challege tho’, not only because I get to drink a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, but also because is healthy and it makes me feel more motivated, especially when having to study or go the gym.

    I heard about the 30-day challenge a few years ago when I was doing a google search about green smoothies. I had a friend who posted a lot of photos on Instagram about drinking green smoothies and juices and I wanted to know what all the hype was about. I tried the challenge when I first read about it, but wasn’t as successful or committed as I had hoped. Fast-forward to where we are now and I have taken and completed the challenge. I have IBS and have had tons of digestive problems my whole life. After I started drinking the smoothies, I started to experience symptoms much less frequently. Drinking healthy smoothies also encouraged me to change my diet and not eat so many terrible things so when I do experience symptoms, they aren’t quite as severe as they used to be. I also bought a juicer and started juicing some of my fruits and vegetables so that I can get a double dose of healthy and not feel terribly full. It was definitely worth it to make the commitment!

    I heard about the challenges quite awhile back when I was searching for smoothie recipes. I sometimes fall off the smoothie wagon, but love that I can just pick it up whenever and get back to feeling well. I lobe the cookbook too. My family also enjoys green smoothies and Popsicles. It helps keep me on track when I am fitness focused and helps me feel good when il less then focused.

    I first heard about simple green smoothies from a close friend and since then have purchased your book. My entire family loves your recipes and we have smoothies at least once a day! Its a quick, easy way for me to give them a nutritious breakfast or snack 🙂 Plus, its always fun to try a new recipe!

    I first heard about the 30-day challenge on a fitness instagram page that I followed a couple years back. I have fallen in love with the recipes since, and use the recipe book religiously. I notice that when I “take a break” (aka get lazy) from green smoothies, I definitely don’t feel as great. My energy is lower and I’m more inclined to eat unhealthy things. Don’t know what I would do without these yummy drinks!

    I came across the challenge when I was searching for recipes a year ago when I was dealing with health issues and haven’t stopped since! They smoothies have helped me get more fruits and veggies in my diet and it helps me feel more energized.

    I think I first heard about SGS from 100 days of real food blog. I like smoothies because I have a hard time getting enough veggies in my day otherwis. They are also helping me reach my weightloss goals.

    Green smoothies are my favorite breakfast! I found out about SGS when a friend (who I knew maintained a very healthy lifestyle) posted about them. I followed the link and here I am, three years later, still loving them. If I don’t have a smoothie, especially for several days in a row, my body feels it. Tired, less energy, a little cranky because of how I physically feel. Green smoothies (and Fresh Start 21) help me feel better than anything else I could do when it comes to eating healthily and feeling well enough to be active.

    Like others, I was searching for smoothie recipes when I found the 30 day challenge and I absolutely love the fact that you guys took all the guess work out for us with the wonderful weekly menu and a shopping list.

    I had a stroke in 2015 (a result of high blood pressure) so getting my body into a healthy state was priority one! I’m proud to say that my blood tests are now perfect and my blood pressure is more stable than it ever has been in my life. Of course my doctors get a little credit, but I know I would not have made such a remarkable recovery without your nutritious smoothie recipes! I turn 50 in January and my goal is to be leaner and healthier than ever. RAWK ON!

    I heard about the challenge a long, long time ago and must recently through email. Green smoothies help me get my vegetables when I absolutely don’t want to deal with them, so I am thankfully for that reason alone!
