    I heard about the Green Smoothie Challenge on a couple of podcasts and knew it was something my wife and I should try. This is our second go at it, and we drank smoothies in between as well since we loved the first one during July! It’s helped us with our diet, ensuring we get good leafy veggies everyday and is a fantastic lunch replacement for both of us!

    I heard about green smoothies while searching for smoothie recipes online! I watched a video of Jadah and Jen and Loved their energy and simplicity with smoothies. I make one everyday for my “vitamin supplement” and fiber. I take one to work for lunch daily and feel fantastic! Thanks ladies you make this fun and simple!

    It sounds ridiculous but green smoothies are the reason that I meet my nutritional goals everyday. I was googling green smoothies in an attempt to find a recipe that tasted good and packed a nutritional punch without fillers you normally find in smoothie recipes and I found the green smoothie challenge, I took the challenge and never looked back. Having one green smoothie a day keeps me on track with the rest of my diet and always feels like such a treat that I never feel the need to “cheat”!

    I have done a green smoothie cleanse before and it really helped me change my eating habits! I wanted to try this longer program with a smoothie once a day in hopes that I will continue this way of eating for the long run. I found you on Google!So far it has been great!

    I stumbled across The 30 day challenge on Facebook. It has been absolutely wonderful! Every morning my kids (2&4)help me make a smoothie and having so many recipes has kept things exciting for all of us. The kids enjoy experiencing new foods and it feels good to know that we are all getting a healthy start to each morning! We have more energy and somehow these smoothies have helped us eat better all around. We are eating more “real foods” and it’s been much easier to cut out sugary snacks/desserts!

    I heard about your green smoothie from my sister in law last year.I have been looking up the recipes that you post on my email .It has change my life, my blood work is looking great and lost 12 pounds on my weight. the doctor said whatever you are doing keep it up!     My very good friend and yoga buddy told me about this as we entered for a 30 day yoga challenge.     I had heard about green smoothies and was curious–i was looking for a convenient way to get more produce, especially greens, into my diet–something sustainable. I was searching the internet looking for ideas when I came across your website. At first I just tried some of your recipes and did a lot of experimenting of my own. It didn’t go that well. I was trying to cram too much into the smoothies and I was drinking them at night. But then I signed up for your 30 day challenge and started drinking the smoothies as part of my breakfast, and…I was hooked! I’ve been drinking green smoothies daily ever since, and your book is my go-to reference. I love it, and I love your 30 day challenges. I’m finally getting that fresh produce in my daily diet, and it feels so good! I crave the smoothies if I miss a few days. You guys are my favorite resource for recipes.

    Hi, well I found the simplegreensnoothies in Instagram, after that I enjoy the Challenger 30days smoothies, and every day do it for my husband and I, and the result is amazing, we Lost pounds and fells better in the rest of the day. Also my skin looks better and when I have my period, the cramps dissaper. Thanks xo

    I found out about the thirty day challenge at this beginning of this year. I literally just did a random search on green smoothies and this website happeneded to pop up. Needless to say I’m so glad I found you! Green smoothies have tremendously helped me curb my appetite for snacks during the day and has aided in me maintaining weight off. Green smoothies help with my digestive system and just make me feel good just overall!

    I found the 30 day challenge on Pintrest, in fact this is the second challenge I have joined. Before joining breakfast did not exist in my daily routine. I’m not what you would call a morning person and making the time have a healthy breakfast was not a priority. Now, I never skip the first meal of the day! It takes two minutes to blend up and there are so many recipes, I never get bored.I find myself forgetting about my morning coffee because I am getting all the energy I need to start my day.
