    I found out about the 30 day challenge when I decided to turn my life around and look for delicious green smoothie recipes online. The green smoothies so far have definitely given me a burst of energy so that I can pursue things I am passionate about vigorously, still working on my health and weight.

    I have been feeling more energy than ever before- my entire life seems to be improving since I started this challenge two weeks ago now. I heard about this by looking up on google more ways to get energy – Green smoothies seems to be the key for me- my 3 year old calls them “Greenies”

    I first heard about Simple Green smoothies on Drs. Tv show over the summer. I loved the idea, tried one and have done them every day since. I feel and look better, my skin more radiant and younger. Busy working mom and great way and I say to fit into busy schedule! Totally hooked!

    Question 1: I found out about the green smoothie challenge on this website. I was perusing smoothie recipes and ran across one on this site when the green smoothie challenge banner came across the screen. This is my 2nd green smoothie challenge. I love the recipes so much, my whole family does!

    Question 2: I have never been a fan of spinach until I started putting it in smoothies. The green smoothie challenge is helping me get more greens into my family’s diet. Thanks to this challenge, we’re feeling better, have more energy and are getting plenty of fruits and veggies daily. This challenge has helped me get myself back in gear towards a healthier lifestyle. It’s just what I needed to mix it up and because I’m doing it, my whole family is doing it. 🙂 Thank you green smoothie team for these challenges!!

    I heard about the 30 day challenges form your book. I first checked it out from the library before buying my own copy. Green smoothies help me start me day out right. No matter what else, I know I have have my serving of green leafy vegetables for the day. 🙂

    I saw this 30 day challenge from a group of cooking news I have . This could help my children eat more vegetable because it is hard to make them eat vegetables.
    and since they love smoothies

    I believe I first heard about your site and the challenge about 2 years ago through #thebettyrocker. I love fruits and veggies, but like to get the nutrients into my system in a different way, so smoothies are perfect and I can easily add superfoods!

    I’m going to be honest, it’s been years since I signed to the website hence why I do not remember where I first heard about simple green smoothies oe the 30 days challenge, but I believe I heard about the challenge from the newsletter I get every month.

    To say that I feel lighter and healthier after doing these kind of challenges every few months is an underestimate.
    Being vegan is good, I eat healthy most days. But some of the food I eat makes me feel heavy and bloated, and sometimes because i eat so much fruit and vegetables there are days where I just eat whatever-vegan-food is Infront of me even if it is not healthy. So doing the 30 days challenge, drinking healthy smoothies that will keep me full for hours has done wonders. I feel lighter, my skin thanks me everyday and the bloating? So gone my friend. I’m just simply a happier person when I know that what is getting inside my body is actually making my body happy = happy mental health.

    I see you ladies on Face Book and get your emails.
    I am seeing the menopause pounds trying to sneak up on me, so this is helping me shave them back off and I always feel better because there is so much good nutrients, that I feel more energized! Love the flavor variety, my tongue isn’t bored either!
