    I was searching the Internet for healthy recipes and was lucky enough to be directed to simplegreensmoothies.com. Since starting the challenge and having daily delicious green smoothies, the scale has been steadily going down while my energy goes up! Awesome! Thank you so much!

    Been doing Green Smoothie Challenges for 10 years and found yours recently. Green Smoothies have been providing optimal nutrition for me and my family since starting to make them a long time ago. I’ve been at my ideal weight since and almost never get ill.

    I found out about SGS through the Yoga With Adriene Facebook Community – another member had mentioned signing up for a 30 day challenge and I did some research and signed up too! I find the smoothies help keep me healthy – my immune system seems stronger and I get fewer colds and sore throats when I consistently drink the smoothies. The only times I get sick now are when I’ve fallen off the Green Smoothie wagon!

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies from a friend’s post on Facebook. After doing a little more research, I decided to join the 30-day challenge. I try to incorporate a green smoothie into my morning nutrition several days a week. It helps me start my day in a healthy way and assures me of getting a good start on eating my fruits and veggies each day. I love experimenting with different combinations.     I searched for green smoothies and have been doing the challenges ever since. I always have a smoothie for breakfast and afternoon snack. The one in the afternoon prepares me for my workout after work.

    I learned about the challenge from a friend at work. I started on the program due to the Fitness policy in place at my job. I then got a copy of the book from Amazon to obtain more amazing recipes.

    Green smoothies helps by allowing me to work in fruits and veggies that i would never eat. Did I mention, it helps with the Fitness program at my job. I used to have one in the morning, but after going over my journal with my doc, i found that I snack often at night. So now I incorporate a smoothie at night.

    I first heard about SGS through bschool on a weekly call. From there I followed Jadah and Jen, joined the challenges, bought the book and instead of a smoothie here and there, have added smoothies (and now acai bowls,) into our family’s regular meal rotations. Thank you so much!!

    I heard about your 30-Day Challenge, from a co-worker and decided it was for me!

    It has helped me get more than usual amounts of fruits and Veggies into my daily routine. It has also helped me maintain the weight loss, I have already accomplished. 🙂

    I heard about the challenge from a co-worker and have been hooked ever since! I love the emails even when there isn’t a challenge going on.

    The smoothies really help me get my veggie/fruit servings in while giving me tons of energy and a boost. I would drink them all day if i could get away with it.

    Heard about Simple green Smoothies while browsing for smoothie recipes on Google. Green smoothies have eliminated alsomt all of my cravings for sugar and pop – I used it as a 30 day “detox” thinking it would only last the 30 days but now it has become a lifestyle. I now crave my smoothies when I am on the road away from home.

    I heard about the smoothie challenge on facebook when i was looking for new smoothie recipes to aid in my weightloss and ease my bowel..so far the challenge helped hydrate my skin so it looks fresher and shed some weight.. 5kilos

    I wanted to change my eating habits. I used to suffer from constipation and lack of energy in the morning. I started doing some research on the internet to get dinner meals to prepare which will help me with constipation. And I came across your page. I then joined the 30-challenge, last year 2015. I was amazed by the results. I felt lighter and full energy and constipation a thing of the past. My preschooler enjoys smoothies with a twist and we have our Mommy and Daughter kitchen bonding moments on weekends. I am happy that my family and I we love our green smoothies.

    I heard about green smoothies via Instagram. Honestly starting my day with a green smoothie helps me to make better decisions throughout the day. I also have more energy and I feel like I’m doing something great for my family. Even my 1 year old likes green smoothies so that’s a plus. My family is my motivation so anything I can do to enhance their health and wellness…I’m all in!

    I learned about the challenge by listening to Jadah’s interview on the Lively Show Podcast. I did my first challenge last October – I love the recipes and accountability of the challenge months. Other than the delicious taste, I love that the green smoothies give me sustained energy for workouts and glowing skin!

    I have been a part of the SGS community for more than 2 years now, as I have been trying to get healthier. I heard about SGS and the 30 day challenge when I was researching new recipes for green smoothies, and I’m currently also doing the FS21 cleanse. It’s helping me (and my friends and partner!) lose weight; eat better; and overall feel much healthier!! Hopefully this is the start of a major lifestyle change… I think it just might be!

    I bought a magazine a few months ago and in it was an article on Simple Green Smoothies with the Beginner’s Luck smoothie recipe. I tried it and then immediately ordered your book and signed up for my first 30 day challenge. Love green smoothies for breakfast ever since.
    It helps me to get in my veggies and fruits, I feel healthier, I make better choices for my other meals and I even got my husband to drink green smoothies now. Before I would easily go a day without getting enough fruit or vegetables in. Now I love trying new combinations and I feel better about myself.
