    One of my FaceBook friends began posting her smoothies daily and tagging SGS. I decided to check it out myself and became hooked! Smoothies help to calm my sweet cravings, give me energy, and have even helped to clear my skin.

    I heard about the challenge thru Facebook. I’ve participated in a few challenges with Simple Green Smoothies, my favorite being the 21 day challenge which took all the work out of creating a cleanse program. The 21 day reset my palate and helped to jumpstart my wellness Lifestyle and the 30 day challenges help to keep me on track! Whenever I feel the need to switch up my smoothie recipes the Green Smoothie Site is my first stop.

    I heard about the 30 day challenge via Instagram and followed the page! Smoothies are a great way for me to get in my fruits and veggies instead of having to eat them (I’m drink more than I eat lol). It has cleared my skin up so much and people have actually noticed! I feel fuller longer. And it has helped me lose some weight even though I’m not exercising like I should because I’m juggling being a student with a 6 course work load and being a class representative having to be in and out of meeting!

    I was researching green smoothies online and came across your 30 day challenge. They have helped me shed a couple of pounds and I feel good getting the nutrition I need.I feel I am on my way to a healthier lifestyle and will try to incorporate a green smoothie daily after the challenge is over.

    Over two years ago I went a little Pinterest crazy looking for green smoothie recipes that didn’t taste like grass. When I stumbled upon the 30-Day challenge I decided to give it a shot.. and I’ve completed dozens of 30-Day challenges and 21-Day fixes since. I love the recipes, the community, the awesome graphic design/marketing for the emails/website, and how I’ve never felt pressured to participate. I make smoothies instinctively with whatever fruits and veggies I’ve got in the fridge now and I’m always grateful for new inspiration from Simple Green Smoothies!

    I Heard about the 30 day challenge when looking for new ideas of how to combine greens and fruits to make smoothies, i was always making the same ones, well, also because i just use a blender so i haven´t got many options there. So, i found the page in a search in the internet, i got so excited about it right away.
    The Green smothies are the best for me to feel great, specially in the morning, they energize me and make me feel full without bloating me, not to say the good feeling for giving your body fresh ingredients. It´s one of the ways to take care of myself, to love myself a Little.

    I heard about the challenge when googling green smoothies. I started eating and living healthy a couple years ago. I’ve been getting the emails from green smoothies for a year now and absolutely love their recipes.     I found this site when searching for more smoothy recipes. I tried them out and loved the creative ways of including veggies and things like cocoa powder. It’s been amazing for my skin and helped stop my sugar cravings completely

    I was listening to the smart passive income podcast when I heard about simple green smoothies. I decided to check it out and my husband and I are hooked.     I was researching smoothie recipes and found Simple Green Smoothies. Learnt about the challenge through your newsletter.

    Smoothies have helped take care of my many vitamin deficiencies. They have also healed my gut. I used to suffer from constipation, and even one smoothie a day helps in that department.

    I have been able to introduce these smoothies to my family. And everyone feels the difference and the energy after having a green smoothie.

    One of the best helps has been no sweet cravings. In fact I now can only enjoy the sweetness of fruit. And all cakes and candies are too sweet. And I can never finish even a piece.

    I was searching green smoothie about 2 years ago and ran across your site. From the first 30 day challenge I took part in, I have been hooked. I have one every morning now, and so does my 3 year old. She absolutely loves them, calls her smoothie her morning coffee. I feel we have a better balanced diet with such an amazing breakfast, don’t want to ruin a great start with something bad. And I don’t see either of us stopping our smoothies any time soon. My goal is to be a good role model to my daughters, and having them see me eat healthy has helped them to make good decisions. You know you have done well when your three year old claims kale and green beans are better than steak any day:)

    I have been juicing and making smoothies for as long as I can remember. It was always the same old things so I started looking up new recipes, came across your website and have not looked back since! These recipes have opened a whole new world of new flavours and health benefits. I get no food cravings and have energy to go all day.
