    I heard about the 30 day challenge through Instagram! The 30 day challenge has not only help me stick and reach my short term fitness goals, but has positively affected the rest of my eating habits. It encouraged me to make healthy choices throughout my day, instead of just one meal a day! Even though I am not “officially” take the challenge, I continue to incorporate green smoothies regularly as part of a healthy diet.

    I remember looking up green smoothie recipes a year and a half ago and yours were the first dairy free smoothies I found!!!

    I have been here for about a year now. I first found your website and challenge because I was reaching green smoothies. My friend had recently started making them and I was interested in starting myself.
    I was also interested because my iron levels get low quite often. So, doing the challenges has given me a good source of iron as well as making me feel more engerised each morning. Green-smoothies just make me feel better all-round

    I first heard about the challenge from an old high school friend (gotta love Facebook!). I was pretty consistent about my smoothies for several months and am looking forward to getting back to it! As a nursing mom, I’m really focusing on consuming lots of vitamin- rich fruits and veggies.

    I first heard about it from a friend. I have afib and needed to find a healthy way to lose weight as it has been a major struggle. It’s a challenge as the amount of greens I consumed needs to be watched due to the blood thinner I am on. Weight loss is a priority.

    I first heard of the 30 day smoothie challenge through a co-worker. We take the challenge together every quarter. Not only am I taking in the nutrients that I wouldn’t otherwise, the smoothies gives me energy and takes away my cravings for “bad” food.

    Recently, I was in the Drs. Office and was browsing in magazines in their waiting area and came across your smoothes, so I like what I saw and tore the page out to do some at home, got your website and the rest is history. I recently started the 30 days smoothe challenge and belief me I saw changes in my mid area. Thank you for all that you both do and also started my 83 yrs old mother on it as she’ diabetic and enjoying the smoothes.

    I was in the Dr’s office and came across your website in one of their magazine. I got interested and you know what I did, tore the recipes on smoothies out. Needless to say I was hooked to your website. Taking the 30 days challenge and find it fabulous – mid area already feel flatten and also got my 81 year old mother hook also.     I heard about you two and Simple Green Smoothies from watching one of Yuri Elkaim’s videos. So, I looked you up! I saw your challenge on your site and signed up. I’m new at smoothies (I had to throw one I made on my own away) and I absolutely love yours! I bought your Green Smoothie book right away and started last month. Since then, I’ve noticed that I have more energy and my cravings for the ‘bad stuff’ is diminishing quickly. I’ve lost a few pounds, and I hope to lose more. Thank you for perfecting all the work for me! My health was compromised 5 years ago, so I’m doing my best to get it back. The smoothies are helping me a great deal! <3

    I’ve been following simplegreensmoothies for some time, I honestly cannot remember how I came across this site. I have found many benefits from juicing and smoothies such as clearer skin, getting my daily nutrients in without eating them, more energy, and being able to supplement meals. Actually the benefits are limitless. I am always eager to learn more and get other ideas. This site really helps me to accountable. I am in need of a blender as I have been using someone elses, so this opportunity to win is right on time 🙂

    I knew I wanted to start making smoothies so I did a “smoothie” search online. The 30-Day Challenge came up in the results, & it’s been perfect for me! It helps me get in not only a good amount of fruit & vegetables but also “superfoods” like nuts & seeds.

    I seem to be auto-enrolled in each new challenge since I entered the one this summer. I found out about it by looking for green smoothie recipes online, which brought me to the website. I’ve been doing the smoothies daily since May to fill up on folate in prep for kiddos, and to kick my coconut “allergy” which is apparently nutrient-based. Don’t know if it’s made a real difference in my life yet, but nothing bad as far as I can tell.
