    I’ve been enrolled in the challenges ever since I came across this page, while looking for great green smoothie recipes. I’ve noticed a huge difference in not only my weight, but my overall health & the way that my body feels. Did I mention I’m no longer in a plateau & have reached my 2nd goal weight I’ve been struggling to get to? These green smoothies are AMAZING!

    Last summer a friend of mine told me about a green smoothie challenge she was doing and invited me to join her. I’ve been hooked ever since. Green smoothies have increase my veggie intake in tasty way, and really helped me get over my sugar cravings and begin to crave healthy foods! I have more energy and feel better! Thank you!

    I found the 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge while on one of my internet searches for healthy recipes. I am not a natural veggie lover at all; I have to make myself eat them because they’re healthy, not because I enjoy them. So, being able to put some spinach in a green smoothie helps sneak more veggies into my diet in a way that is tasty and that I can truly enjoy.

    My friend told me about this amazing challenge and I know this sounds crazy but after years of constipation and bloating, doctors appointments and fad diets, now I can poop!!! My digestion is so much better and I feel energised inside and out! Thanks so much for re inventing my life!!!

    I learned about the Challenge thru my niece and thru facebook. I never thought it was going to be this easy to make smoothies … thought then it was to take too much of my time. Am religiously taking the smoothies and I feel lighter and filled with energy!! I luvit!!!

    I’ve been doing your 30 day challenges for the past 2 years after learning of your wonderful 21 day cleanse.
    I have a smoothie nearly every morning to get in extra servings of vegetables.

    I found the 30 day green smoothie challenge purely by accident when I found you on Facebook. I haven’t had the money it takes to purchase all the fruits-n-veggies I want to make my green smoothies. I get $62.00 a month in food stamps, and I’m a poor grocery shopper. I’ve never been shown how to properly shop, like how to tell if something is truly ripe. I also get only $851.00 for income…I’m somewhat disabled I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, osteoarthritis in the small of my back, tear in my rotator cuff right shoulder, and a tear in the meniscus right knee. I’ve been taking pain pills for quite some time and quite frankly I’M TIRED OF IT…10 years is long enough.
    It’s okay that I don’t qualify to enter the contest to try to win that great looking blender…maybe next time.

    I heard of 30 day challenge via an email. I start most days with a green smoothie; almost always with a base of spinach and kale and then pile in anything that takes my fancy including oats, whole milk, yoghurt blueberries, seeds, nuts, olive oil…

    I did a search for green smoothie recipes a while ago, probably in 2014, before moving to Hong Kong. You’re website popped up & I was happy. I wanted different ideas for smoothies besides berries. Drinking the smoothies has helped with feeling satisfied, not stuffed or bloated. Also drinking fruits & vegetables helps me get it in.

    I heard about the challenge on Facebook. Green smoothies are helping me reach my weightloss goals but making me feel full enough of stave off a snack at work before lunch. I drink them for breakfast and don’t get hungry until lunch which is pretty unusual for me. Thanks for the chance!

    I came across the page on Facebook, I love green smoothies but had got out of the habit of having them, so by doing the challenge I knew I’d get back into having my green smoothies, which leave me feeling great and fired up for the day, and no hunger pangs. I have fibromyalgia and the cleaner I eat, the better my condition is, green smoothies go a long way to helping.

    I had jumped on your website a while ago whilst looking for recipes for smoothies. I loved your work and I quickly signed up for the smoothie challenge cause I always wanted to learn more about making smoothies and have a good cleanse in my body since we just got into spring.
    the smoothies have been such a good boost to my health. With the change of seasons I found my body unable to handle heavy foods so smoothies have helped me have the nutrition I need without the necessary need to digest heavy food. I am able to eat less so It helps with my weight loss journey. It’s a quick and easy way to have good nutrition when I travel as sometimes it’s hard to find good food on the road. I am able to recommend them to friends and patients so it helps them too.

    I have been a SGS fan for so many years I can’t remember where I came across it on the internet. Love so many of the different recipes. I was diagnosed with Lupus in Apr 2014. After the Spring 2016 smoothie challenge, I tried the Thrive detox meal plan. With the combination of the green smoothies and the yummy detox recipes, I haven’t felt that good in years. My joint pain and inflammation symptoms were almost completely gone. I had so much energy. My improved skin texture and coloring was amazing. My only problem is working to implement long term healthy diet lifestyle changes. It’s difficult to change 30+ years of bad habits.

    I came across your website after completing a 10 day cleanse as your website was in the resource section and I have been a faithful rawkstar since. I love the challenges and have gotten 3 women in my office to participate and they all love it and have lost a few pounds! I am running a 10k today, a goal of mine for 2 years so happy to have found and made green smoothies a part of my life
