    I was looking for a good smoothie diet online in hopes to find something that would help me feel better about myself and feel like I am eating better. I came across your website and signed up in minutes. I was a little late for the October run, but I decided to start right away anyway in hopes to make a lifestyle change. I have MS so I take so many medications and due to being tired I lack the desire to always eat right. I am using this change to make sure I am eating right and getting healthier and feeling better in general.

    Hi there! I found this incredible 30-day challenge by desperately searching online because I was hungry for a lifestyle change. As in, less bad food, more good food. I’m so glad I came across your website. Ever since I did the challenge, my life has never been the same. Green smoothies has contributed greatly into my losing 20 pounds! This was the answer to my long time struggle of maintaining a healthy diet. I love the fact that I can blend healthy foods into a delicious smoothie. Now my husband is on board and he loves it! Sharing is caring! I’ve shared about you all on social media and told family and friends! They were thankful:-) To top it off, I have a 15 month old that I make healthy smoothies for and it gives me great joy to see him drinking it up so fast!     I just googled smoothies and this came up. I was so sick of counting calories and macros and I’ve tried smoothies before- they never fill me up and I just ended up eating a meal as well. Obviously I was doing it all wrong!

    I heard about the 30-Day Challenge on the Simple Green Smoothie website. I heard about the website from a link either on HeyFranHey or Food Heaven Made Easy. Green Smoothies help me to maintain my health & wellness goals by providing more fruit & veggies to my diet, reduce my caloric intake & increase my energy level.

    I’ve been following simplegreensmoothies for a while now and it all started with the 30 day challenge! So encouraging!
    Since a few months I have to eat a low histamine diet and honestly it’s now always easy to eat fresh and healthy, but my body needs it. So green smoothies are a great fit.
    Right now I am trying new recipes with low histamine fruits and off course kale! The blender I have now tries to do the work but it keeps getting stuck. I can’t wait to use a professional blender like this! That would be a dream come true

    I was looking on the web for great ways to blend and combine healthy food options for not only myself but my little nephew when he visits me. The 30 day Challenge was a great way to motivate me to start living a healthy life. see what stuff to put in my body daily. Both of you ladies helped me open my eyes up to a whole new food world. In the last year alone I changed my diet, the way i look for food when i am shopping, how to prepare it and the portions my body needs.
    Once i save enough money to buy a vitamix ill be able to really tap into a more home style life. I am looking forward to 2017 🙂

    I originally heard about Simple Green Smoothies when I was doing a search for new smoothie recipes and benefits. So, I guess an online search.
    Drinking 2 green smoothies a day keeps my energy up and my digestion regulated. When I don’t get to drink a smoothie (aka I’ve run out of smoothie ingredients) I feel run down. I just feel happier when I know I’m giving my body what it needs and smoothies are a great way to enjoy nutrient rich foods.
