    I found you on Instagram. The old discover option, when you could just see latest post. I think I saw a dark brown drink with veggies surrounding it. I was curious. Then I fell in love with the health tips. Not only that, but the vibe and positivity you guys give. The 30 day challenges is a really interactive way, to remind us and make it a habit. Sometimes I fall off the wagon but the 30 day challenges always bring me back. I’ve lost weight, but also I just feel better. I don’t feel tired, and grumpy when I have a smoothie. I had issues with not eating healthy, or much at all. I think before the smoothies I only ate once a day as a means to lose weight. I always ate unhealthy and it really slowed down my metabolism. When I first started it was hard to get out of that habit. It didn’t feel that bad, because to my surprise the smoothies were good! You guys helped me take a huge step to eating healthier!

    I found you trough Instagram, and since I’ve been blending green smoothies for almost 3 months now, I thought this challenge with some new recipes could be some new input. I’m using the green smoothies to replace my breakfast – I’ve already lost 11 pounds. Also my skin looks much clearer and everybody is asking me, why I am glowing, haha! I suppose that’s a nice side effect 😉 Thank you for your awesome book and your unconditional ideas when it comes to blending!

    my sister introduced you to me, she found health and a zest for life both for her son and herself, she has converted my daughter and now my other sisters and myself to eat and live, not eat to die. so when the time comes we can claim a live well lived and return a clean body.

    I used the google search for the green smoothie challenge, I had I good friends step mum on the green smoothie challenge 5 years ago I gave the smoothie a go one day for the start of the day and the taste wasn’t what I thought it to be it was absolutely delicious . Unfortunately I hadn’t had the recipe until this year when I had the bright idea to google search, the smoothies are helping achieve my wellbeing in such a way that has changed my lifestyle enormously and encourage not just myself but also family and friends around me to achieve goals with a healthy kick start to the day all it takes is a class of green smoothie and enjoy the benefits from living healthy is one less worry. In this busy world it can be improved everyday just takes the little dteps that make a huge difference over time . I continue my regular training at the gym my goals are and have been fulfilling everyday is different but the commitment I have to the green smoothies has made a huge improvement on my life because on those days that are different for example I don’t have the energy for the day I automatically think the green smoothie is what I’m missing so I straight away grab the drink and on my way to a successful day. thanks to your awesome recipes and ideas I would not have achieved all that I have set my mind to do and do it thank-you for making life smoothie so complete and satisfying.

    I have been participating in the 30-Day Challenges for the past couple years. I had reached a point in my anemic life where I was having blood transfusions and was advised to increase my plant content and leafy greens. While talking with a friend, she mentioned she’d found a website that provided green smoothie recipes and did challenges. I thought I would give it a try. Years later, I am still participating and I still love it.

    Since incorporating green smoothies (which I usually double the greens in) I have lost the need for iron pills, feel more energetic, and have now decided that 39 is not too old to change my tired body altogether, so I’ve now incorporated exercise.

    I have been juicing for my family to help solve one of my child’s digestive issues, improve our health and integrate more veggies in our diet and I was looking to integrate something else in our health journey to change the routine. Although the kids loved the effects of juicing, they quickly started to be tired of it and didn’t find it as appealing. It became a battle for them to drink them. I searched for Green Smoothies ( I wanted green vegetables to be in them) and your page was first in line. I tried a few of your free recipes and quickly became addicted to them and wanted to taste different flavors without having to test them myself and here there was the 30 day challenge with all made recipes, weekly grocery list, prep tips etc. Time and life savior! It also helps me control my weakness…sweets. Since I started the 30 day challenge, I have less craving because the smoothies are fulfilling them which helped me lose and maintain an healthy weight. Thanks to you, I RAWK! Thanks a lot for your help. 🙂

    I found out about the 30 day challenge after google searching green smoothie recipies. I completed the 7 day reset and I loved it (I also lost 6 pounds)!

    The green smoothies do so much for my health and wellness goals. They are a constant reminder to remain consistent with my goals, and also to practice mindful eating. I am now much more careful about what I put into my body. Whenever I have moments where I slip, I go right back into my Simple Green Smoothies book and I’m back on track! I also love how SGS includes recipes and meal-plans. This is such an amazing platform for health and wellness!

    I stumbled upon Jen and jadahs instagram page and I saw smoothies and immediately thought um yeaa I must have a try. I’ve been a vegetarian for seven years and recently became a vegan. Adopting this kind of lifestyle is difficult but it’s amazing. These juices and your 30 day challenges as well as my lifestyle choices, have helped me lose up to 25 pounds in the last two months. Simple green smoothies do make you feel like a rawkstar and there is no harming of animals included so that’s a bonus. Win or not I’ll always do these challenges!

    1. I heard about the challenge through my “health guru” Lucy.

    2. I have been making smoothies for a couple months now and settled on a fairly simple recipe. However, I am beginning to realize that I need more variety in my smoothie, in an attempt to get a well balanced nutrient spectrum. So I am using this challenge to give me ideas on fruit and veg combinations that I can incorporate into my regular routine.

    It’s been so long since I’ve been following you, I can’t remember how I first heard The green smoothies are part of my daily routine. When I go on vacation I pre make and freeze them in disposable water bottles so I still have my smoothie a day! I wouldn’t be getting enough greens and fruits without them!
