    I heard about the 30 day challenge from an email after finding Simple Green Smoothies on FB. The smoothies gives me more energy and makes me feel better.

    I found out about the 30 Day Smoothie Challenge when I was searching around for green smoothie recipes. I thought it was pretty great to find a resource with smoothies for every day of the month! I love green smoothies because they help me incorporate my fruits and greens into a delicious drink!

    I heard about the 30-day green smoothie challenge in the Woman’s World magazine, February 29, 2016 and visited your website, liked what I saw and read and joined!
    The green smoothies are helping me to reach my goal by providing a more healthy way of eating. I’m getting more veggies and fruits in my diet and I don’t have a desire to snack on process foods as much. The combinations are fun and interesting. I share them with my sons and co-workers. My clothes fit better and I sleep better. Because I am taking care of myself inside, my doctors tell me to keep doing whatever it is I’m doing. I’m about to turn 55 in a month and most people think that I’m in my late 30s or early 40s! Thank you ladies, you Rawk!

    While searching for a smoothie recipe book on Amazon (because my sugar consumption was out of control), the Simple Green Smoothie book came up and after reading a variety of comments about a number of books, yours won, hands down. My diet has been plant-based for years, and not working for me in a variety of ways. The powerful combination of structured recipes and shopping lists, with tips for how to to be gentle with myself in this process of ‘upping my game’ was paramount to my success. My lifelong battle with blood sugar has been halted in its tracks (I think that is a non-sequitur). Anyway, the simplicity, authenticity, exuberance, and soul of your message has been a Goddess-send.

    1. My boyfriend found you guys online and sent me the link so I could make some for him.
    2. The smoothies are very delicious and healthy. We can feel how much more refreshing each day is when you drink the smoothies as one of the day’s meal. We drink the smoothies for dinner instead of a large meal and have a large meal during lunch instead. This has helped us loose weight without much exercise.

    I found you through Lisa Leake’s website 100 Days of Real Food and did the July 30 day challenge. You have changed my life! I purchased and downloaded all of your recipe cards to have handy in the kitchen and blend a smoothie everyday thanks to you! I feel healthier, more energized and stronger then ever! Thank you!!

    I heard about Simple Green Smoothies by searching for a smoothie recipe that would be a great start for me. “Beginner’s Luck” popped up, and I’ve been downing these things for over a year. I have more energy, feel great, and very regular!

    Since winter is very cold and long in Montreal, green smoothies are my daily flu shots. I rarely even get a cold now!

    I found out about the 30-day challenge through Strawesome, who I am subscribed to. We love their straws and sip smoothies through them all the time! We want to have more veggies & fruits in our diet, upping our health & energy level.

    I heard about the 30-Day Challenge by Google searching green smoothie recipes. Prior to drinking green smoothies, I felt sluggish, foggy-brain and irritated all the time. I could not physically play with my 3 yrs old son because I was just too tired and easily got out of breath. By joining the 30-day challenge, and drinking a green smoothie dalily, I have less foggy brain and less irritation. I now have more energy to run and play with my son. Joining this challenge has helped me make precious memories with my son. Thank you!

    The 30 day challenge was posted on Facebook by a friend. What a wonderful tool to great your health back on track so love all the recipes . Also knowing about what to do with kale ,been growing this in the garden for about a year . Looks good in the garden but what a waste not using then in my smoothies . I think this 30 day challenge is going to be a daily event in my life for now on thanks heaps love it

    A friend told me about the 30 day challenge. The green smoothies are helping me because I’m not a breakfast (break the overnight fasting process) eater as well as I have a lot of allergies; so carbs were what I mostly ate with little to mostly no fruits or vegetables. I am now eating fruits and vegetables, some of which I never knew exist, let alone how to pronounce them. And I am loving them.

    I found out about simple green smoothies while looking for a healthier way to lose weight and it has changed my life! I love the different smoothies and not only have I lost some weight but my blood pressure has went down!
