    I’ve heard about the smoothies from a few friends, who’ve already joined the 30-day challenge.
    Personally, I prefere green smoothies as a snack (pre/post training) because they give me some extra energy and satisfy my cravings. I like to switch them up and try lots of new things/ingredients. I am always quite excited, if i get new powders, superfoods, protein powders, etc. to try new smoothie recipes out.
    I reeeally, really would love to win, because my blender is so bad, in mixing frozen ingredients, like spinach or bananas – or even berries :/

    I can’t even remember now how I originally heard about the 30-day challenge. This is my third or fourth challenge and they have changed the way I start my day. They have given me more confidence because the recipes have helped inspire my own creativeness. The challenges have helped me reach my wellness goals because I now incorporate different types of fruit and veggies into my smoothies whereas before I just basically made the same thing over and over again. I think I am getting different micronutrients and expanding my nutrition through variation.

    It seems like such a long time ago that a friend on Facebook wanted someone to do the 30-day Smoothie Challenge with them, I completed that one even though she didn’t. I don’t always complete the 30 days but I always participate! The Smoothie challenge led me to FS21 (which I love) these things together with the amazing support community have given me the tools to help make better choices about my health. My sister got me addicted to smoothies, but I only knew a few recipes, so I searched for some new ones online and came across this challenge! Green smoothies not only taste good but they help motivate me to workout; they actually make me excited to be healthy!!!

    I learned about the 30 day challenge on Facebook, and have been a follower since, which has been about two years now. I don’t know how I would feel right now if it wasn’t for your motivation and dedication to helping others. I have a smoothie everyday, and feel amazing. Before I started my first challenge, I was not in great shape, I had joint pain, stomach issues, and weight gain that started out of nowhere, never had I experienced problems with my weight so I knew something was wrong.     I found out about the 30 day challenge a few years ago through one of my friends on instagram. She posted about just finishing the challenge and I had recently decided to start eating healthy and wanted to give it a try. I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve bought recipe cards, the care package with the mason jars and shopping bag (please bring that back by the way!) and the detox challenge. I love SGS and whenever dieting and wellness come up, I’m always chiming in about the amazing way SGS helps me reach my goals. My favorite part about SGS is that there are no gimmics, it’s just a simple way to get more fruits and veggies into your diet. Eating simple green smoothies helps me stay on track because when I start my day with a smoothie, I’m more motivated to continue my healthy eating habits for the rest of the day. There was a point when I stopped making smoothies because I had broken my blender and couldn’t afford a new one, and I definitely felt the change. When I finally got a blender again, I was so excited I dance around my kitchen and poured my smoothie into a wine glass! The best part? Within the first week, I felt the results of eating the smoothies again.

    I have been on the smoothie challenge since 2014. I like the different options of smoothies, and my boyfriend who had never had kale is willing to consume in a smoothie. It makes me feel that together we are making better choices in life. Thanks, for the couple of years of great concoctions.

    I heard about the green smoothie challenge from one of the blogs I read regularly. I started doing the green smoothies in order to help me eat more healthfully and eat more whole foods rather than processed foods. Also, smoothies are a great portable on the go food.

    I heard about the green smoothies through my friend who was trying the 30-day challenge herself and invited me to join in so I did! I love fruits and veggies, but I have a huge sweet tooth. Green smoothies help me get my daily fruits and veggies while satisfying that craving and filling my stomach with goodies before I eat a meal.

    I have been doing protein/green and fruit smoothies off and on when l decided to eat healthier a few years ago. One day while looking for recipes l ran across your website and while perusing your site and recipes, l liked what l saw and read. l was very impressed with Jen & Jada’s story. I eventually started receiving emails about upcoming events and joined the Oct challenge. I am so glad l did, the recipes have given me the opportunity to try new veggies/fruits that l would not have tried. My daily smoothie has made a huge difference with my intestinal health also.     I heard about the 30 day Green Smoothie challenge via email. This is my third challenge. Initially I was introduced by a friend who follows the Instagram account. I love it. It’s a perfect reset!

    Since I can remember I have suffered from intestinal problems, these recipes have helped my tremendously. I also have experienced increase energy and mental clarity. Thanks for the heads in a resent post- I picked up your book ( kinda it’s on order from my local Library)

    I stumbled upon the green challenge when I was looking for simple smoothie recipes, the challenge gave me just that and more! I’ve been able to follow along quite easily given the variety of recipes in my email.

    So far I’ve integrated green smoothies in my diet easily with make ahead smoothies in mason jars (suggestion from one of the emails!) I love how easy it is to make and take one on the go, even my kids are hooked on the green goodness. I love the energy boost and it has helped me with my bathroom habits!

    This give away is perfect timing because my cat just knocked over my old one I adore and cracked it. Also because I do love the smoothie challenge I find it easy to share my experience openly.
