      I feel you! I used to live in the middle of the Chattahoochie National Forest in North Georgia, and access to every day stores is definitely not easy. It was almost an hour to the nearest grocery store. If you don’t have a local print shop near you, a great option from Staples is their online services. You can order your PDFs printed and bound online + they’ll ship it right to you.

    I purchased your “Simple Green Smoothies” book and it was awesome! I loved the pictures, motivation and simple recipes to make smoothies. I have to admit I am hooked. I am also a lot healthier. The Spring Cleanse sounds great, but having to download everything and take it to a print shop and have them bind it, etc. isn’t the same as holding a beautiful book. (I am aging myself here). Anyways, I am hoping that you might consider putting all these wonderful cleanses in a book!

    This cleanse sounds interesting, but what if there are things that you don’t like such as beans or tomatos? I was thinking about substituting those recipes for another vegetarian recipe.

      Not a fan of some ingredients? We’ve got you covered. We’ve included a swap guide to help substitute ingredients. In addition, we’ve also included a guide to help you understand which recipes can be used during which weeks, making it easy to skip a recipe + add a new one!

    I really would like to start this cleanse however, we do not have a kitchen at work. When it comes to keeping foods cold or warming them up before eating, are the snacks/lunches something that are ideally meant to be kept at certain temperatures?

      The majority of our meals are stilled yummy chilled. If you can’t heat up your lunches, I’d suggest keeping everything in a small cooler until you’re ready to enjoy.

    I have allergies to strawberries, kiwis, and pinapple. Any suggestions what would be good as substitutes for those?

      Hi Courtney,

      We’ve got you covered! For strawberries swap in blueberries, raspberries, cherries, blackberries, peaches, or nectarines. Personally, I think the Strawberry Herb Dressing would be delicious with peaches!

      For kiwi, swap in mango, orange, tangerine, or lime. But I don’t think we include kiwi in Fresh Start 21: Spring Cleanse Kit, so you should be ok there.

      And for pineapple, swap in oranges, mango, or peaches.

      And don’t worry about having to swap in or out any ingredients. We include a substitution guide right in your Cleanse Kit!

      We wish it did! Right now all of our nutritional plans are printable PDFs emailed directly to your inbox. If you prefer to have a physical copy on hand you can easily bring your downloads to your local print shop or Staples and they’ll be more than happy to print + bind them for you!

    I would love to do the 21 day cleanse but most of not all the recipes contain some from of peanut and I have an allergy. What do you recommend?

      Are you allergic to peanuts, or all nuts? If it’s just peanuts, you won’t find them in our recipes. But you will find other nuts. But don’t worry, it’s not the end of cleansing with us. You can easily swap in seeds! We love options like pepitas, sunflower seeds + chia!

    I’d be really keen to know how much the ingredients would cost me per week for the spring cleanse so i can get an idea of whether i can afford it?

      I just tested the cleanse back in January and my grocery bill ranged between $130 and $160 per week. It was out of season, so I’d expect for them to be a little less this time around. Also, the price can vary greatly based on how your pantry is stocked now, and where you are located.

      I’m great! Thanks for reaching out. You receive the entire cleanse right after purchase, no wait!! And our live cleanse kicks off on April 3rd, but you receive access right away too! It’s a great place to talk about getting prepared for the cleanse, chat about your favorite recipes or possible upcoming challenges right now.

      And don’t have a spiralizer or homemade stock on hand? No worries! I don’t either. I use a vegetable peeler and make zucchini ribbons instead. And reach for low or sodium-free vegetable stock from the store.

    All of the recipes looked great except for the dinner. Eating a jar of stuff soaked in warm broth is not too appealing. Are all of the dinners like this or do some dinners involve cooking something is a skillet with oil or roasting something on the oven?

      Hi there Sara! I made the zoodles in a Jar last night and it was actually really good! I’ve done some of these cleanses before and you really have to give the recipes a try before deciding you don’t like them. My meat loving husband loved the recipe as well. It has an oriental/soup flavor. From past experience, there are cooked meals as well.

      This is actually our only jar recipe, so if it’s not for you, don’t worry! You can simply swap it out for another recipe you love. Another comment actually suggested sautéing the ingredients in coconut oil or eating like a salad. Both sound like great options to me! 🙂

      Allergic to almonds and tree nuts? Seeds are a great option! We love chia, sunflower, + pepitas, and sunflower butter is the perfect substitute for almond butter! When it comes to almond milk, other plant-based milks like hemp or rice milk are both great options!

      Unfortunately being a US based company, our cleanse times are a little backwards for our Aussie Tribe. We will be hosting a live cleanse for our Autumn Cleanse Kit, but it will be during our fall in the northern hemisphere. But you make a good point, and we’ll have to look at switching it up in the future for our Awesome Aussies!

      Worried about all of the cooking? We’re all about prepping. Spending some time in the kitchen on Sunday, makes the week super easy + plant-powered. Also, who doesn’t love leftovers? During the week you’ll cook dinner, and keep the second serving on hand for lunch the next day. It really cuts down on cooking and makes your day simple!

    Do the meals contain any wheat, brewers yeast, bakes yeast , eggs or sun flower seeds – sounds weird I know but I have tested +3/+4 for all the above and try to stay away from them as best I can.

      We’ve got you covered! All of our recipes are vegan + gluten free! You also won’t see yeast or eggs! You will see sunflower seeds, but you can simply swap them out for another seed or nut your body does!
