Two things I do to live a thriving life

I want to share something from my heart today. Well… I always am sharing with you from my heart, but today I’m reaching deep, deep down. I’m sharing with you two things that I focus on to live a thriving life, and why these two things are so important to me.

I have a lot of fun interacting with you through social media, through Facebook groups when we’re going through challenges, through emails, and even with meeting some of you in person. But sometimes, trying to eat healthy and being a good mom to my kids can be so, so hard.

I recorded a video to share about this, and some things that I do to live a life where I truly feel like I’m thriving:

    In the last 10 years I have suffered with IBS. Dr said I would have. To learn to live with it. No help nothing. The cleansing has me a little scared to try What all is involved in this part? I don’t want to irritate my ibs. I love smoothies. But needless to say I don’t want uncontrollable bowel.

      I am so sorry you’ve been dealing with IBS. But you’re right, when dealing with any dietary issues, it’s always best to review our cleanse with your physician before making any changes.
