Description

Oh, this blueberry spinach smoothie is a good one! It’s full of iron, potassium and vitamin Cā€” and it tastes so good. My kids love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and milk until smooth.
  2. Add fruit and blend again.

Notes

Use pre-packaged frozen mixed berries or pick your favorites. Mine are blueberries and strawberries!
