When mental fatigue fogs your brain, turn to blueberries and raspberries in this Brain Fog Cure smoothie recipe These brain berries keep debris from polluting the brain- effectively eliminating mental fog.



  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup green tea (brewed and chilled)
  • 3/4 cups raspberries
  • 3/4 cups blueberries


  1.  Blend spinach and green tea together until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.


* Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
